Create ability to use Engage Reservations for guests, by creating guest account field to key in the visitor's name. The guest name field would just be open text box, that isn't tied to HR feed, but would enable employees within a neighborhood/team, to make desk reservations for visiting leaders, staff, or guests, and identify the guest by name, for contact tracing purposes.

With hybrid and more flexible workspaces, we're looking for the ability to book non-employees to a workstation/desk (business partners, clients, contractors etc)
These would likely be one-off visits and would essentially be treated as a guest visitor but would need an allocated seat during their day or visit duration… the potentially would not need access to Engage though from a wayfinding perspective that would be useful however, as external party there is a security consideration there. What may be of use is they have a confirmation email sent that states building location, floor, zone and desk number with a contact disclaimer that we could draft -

Almost all new prospects ask how to many visitors with Engage and at least half ask if we have a visitor management module. This would be a good addition to workplace experience.

As a visitor, I'd like to be able to install Engage when I'm invited to a meeting, and then I'd like to use Engage to navigate to the host building, go through security quickly, and find my way to the meeting room.
