Thank you for the suggestion. I agree that this is an important feature for making it simple to get staff back to work.
We are in the process of designing this feature.

Almost all new prospects ask how to many visitors with Engage and at least half ask if we have a visitor management module. This would be a good addition to workplace experience.

In the booking of desk section (someone at home can book a desk for tomorrow, etc) can we have an approvals matrix set up so it sits in pending before being approved?

A number of improvements can be made to the process of selecting and navigating floors, the below configurations should be made available:
Enhancements under further review:
- If a building has 1 floor, automatically open floor if the building is selected
- Open the floorplan zoomed in for larger floors
- Display the full site address
- Improve the back/home buttons from the main engage page to more easily change building and floor
- Icons to change floorsEnhancements that have been delivered:
- Select a default building
- Hide buildings and floors where user meets no booking access requirements
- Hide the notification that says the floor has no bookable desks -

It has been suggested that the per-desk booking might be a little bit too prescriptive and granular, and the idea came up that if we had a per-floor booking system, where the capacity was monitored and no further bookings could be made for a certain floor upon hitting a given limit. This would let our users retain a little license and control around where they sit, make them feel a little less regimented, provide for a little more flexibility and avoid any per-desk contention.
Could this be investigated in the future.
