As a Workplace Manager, I'd like Engage to automatically cancel room reservations if the sensors in the booked room detect that there is no activity after a configurable amount of time so that the room can be freed up for others to use, resulting in a more efficient use of space.

As an Administrator, I sometimes need to make a room "unbookable". When I do this, the system should automatically cancel any future bookings for that room/desk and notify the organizer.
Alternatively the system should automatically book an alternative space and notify the organizer.

As an Engage customer, I'd like to be able to send employees notifications based on different sets of criteria (eg. their location, their org unit, their title) so that I can provide them with useful information.
There may be a UX to do this via the system; or an API that I can write to.
Examples:
- Local events taking place nearby
- Corporate events taking place nearby
- Emergency events in my building
- special offers targeted at specific employees

Web portal to automate the collection of headcount forecast data from the business and automatically incorporate that into a scenario plan to see where there will be pressure points / excess space.
Update Scenario Planner to present combined point in time space availability modelling based on lease data against current and predicted headcount modelling.
