As the business moves into flexible working for employees, so will our office spaces.
It would be excellent if there was a scheduling option within Serraview that would allocate a team on specific dates to a specific room/space and then allocates another team to do the same.
E.G. Finance are allocated meeting room 1 Monday, Wednesday & Friday, IT are allocated meeting room 1 Tuesday & Thursday.
Seeing this in Engage would be useful but the intention is not for this to be a bookable activity within Engage, rather allocation properties in VBS.

With hybrid working, we have a mixture in our offices of employees with permanent desks and hotdesks. For those who have a permanent desk, they are unable to identify which desk is a hotdesk just for reference or for guidance for colleagues. If you zoom in on the floorplans, assigned desks show names, booked desks are highlighted blue but either unassigned desks or yet to be booked hotdesks are just grey, is there a way to visually label or add a new colour for permanent employees a visual indicator?

Similar to the ability to change reservable desks/spaces in Engage, it would be excellent to change the blue booked icon colour to the customers preferred choice.

Our employees use Engage as the primary floor plan reference globally and where enabled, also use it for reserving a hot desk.
For those sites where no hot desking is available, when you click on the site in Engage, you get the message 'No Reservable Desks or Spaces' which is not ideal from a user experience. Can SpaceIQ look to provide an option where this is can be disabled for specific sites.Alex Meftah

With hybrid and more flexible workspaces, we're looking for the ability to book non-employees to a workstation/desk (business partners, clients, contractors etc)
These would likely be one-off visits and would essentially be treated as a guest visitor but would need an allocated seat during their day or visit duration… the potentially would not need access to Engage though from a wayfinding perspective that would be useful however, as external party there is a security consideration there. What may be of use is they have a confirmation email sent that states building location, floor, zone and desk number with a contact disclaimer that we could draftAlex Meftah

It would be excellent to use Engage for employees to set the working intention for their working week (i.e. one day work from home, another in the office, another off work). This could then be viewable/shared by others in their team or in the business which, would allow employees to plan potential face to face meetings or other intentions. There is a Microsoft Teams plugin via a company called Teamlink who provides this but to have this feature in Engage would make this a single hybrid planning tool.
This would also be useful for essentially checking in and identifying when our first responders are on site.

It would be excellent where we upload a photo of a room or room space to get an enhanced image rather than the thumbnail picture that is displayed. Providing this not only helps those visually impaired but also enables users to have a good understanding of the room layout and potential infrastructure available.
This would be needed for both web and app.

An option to set which days of the week particular desks can be booked.
I.E. Desk 01 can only be booked Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and cannot be booked Monday or Friday
This can be used to support situations where someone is nominally assigned to a desk and doesn't need to book it on the non bookable days.
Can also be used to help maximise floors on busy days, but allowing staff to have a permanent allocation on those days, and freeing up the desks to be booked on other days.
