As a user, I want to use the Engage app to easily include login/dial-in information with my meetings, even if that meeting is scheduled in advance and especially if it's an ad hoc meeting. I don't want to have to go back to my desk to set up the web meeting.
As a user, I want to set up a Skype meeting as I go into the meeting room.

As a visitor, I'd like to be able to install Engage when I'm invited to a meeting, and then I'd like to use Engage to navigate to the host building, go through security quickly, and find my way to the meeting room.

As an administrator, I'd like to know how happy people are with Engage, how much they're using it, and what they're doing with it.

As an admin, I'd like to be able to take a room offline and have the system automatically rebook any meetings in that room and send notifications to hosts and attendees.

As the host of a meeting currently in progress, I want to be able to use my mobile app to order food or coffee "now" and return to the discussion as quickly as possible with the least possible distraction.

As a user, I don't care how many different back ends my organization may have to log, track, and resolve problems. I just want to be able to log a problem and have Engage sort out which back end it gets routed to.
As a space manager, I want people booking rooms that are no larger than necessary.
I also want this optimization to account for local employees who do not attend meetings in person. As a space manager, I'd like a way for employees to indicate whether they'll attend in person or not so that I can rebook the meeting in a smaller room if necessary.
