  2. Serraview admins should be able to bulk cancel future bookings for desks or spaces space(s). This should include an automated message to users advising them of the cancelled booking.

    This is needed when a building or space needs to be closed down for whatever purpose; maintenance, pandemic issues, reclassification of the space, etc. Another reason, when bookings have been made using a social distancing situation, and now that restriction has been removed, all existing future socially distanced block bookings remain, but need to be removed.

    If the future bookings are not removed, they can throw off reporting numbers for management.…

  3. Additional features when booking on behalf of someone else:
    - We would like the option for the reserver to receive a confirmation email.
    - The reservee (Booked For individual) to see in their confirmation email who reserved the space.
    - Provide Book on Behalf of without also providing the Reservations - Bypass concurrency limit secured action
    - Allow staff that can "book on behalf of", to also "Cancel on behalf of".

  4. Several enhancements for a better user experience:

    Booking Selector and Calendar Improvements
    - Clearly show the "Now" button can be used to change the day and time you are making a reservation for
    - Configure if the calendar is Mon-Sun or Sun-Mon
    - Hide Weekends
    - Improve the calendar display for meeting spaces
    - Change days within a booking screen
    - Consistency between Mobile and Web versions of engage for filter icons, search icons, search and filter configurations and other icons
    - Display all calendar events syncronised with Microsoft Outlook

  5. Using various data sources automatically check a user in to a booking. Such as:
    - Badge data - When a user swipes into the floor
    - SVLive - When a user logs into a device on the floor
    - Geolocation - When a user is detected in proximity to the building
    - Sensor - When a user is detected at the booked desk

    With SVLive, use the automation based on where the person is detected:
    - Check in when user docks at a desk they have made a booking at

  6. Currently you need to navigate to a floor to search for a user. It would be good to have a search bar on the front page to start searching for someone quickly without loading a floor plan.

    This should include an icon to indicate if the user is currently detected (SVLive), Has a booking or not

  7. As an admin, I would like to be able to choose the colours displayed in Engage to seperately show:
    - Occupied vs Booked vs Bookable
    - Bookable for all staff
    - Bookable for the users team/hood
    - Bookable all day vs time
    - Booked vs unbooked vs unbookable
    - Currently selected desk or space

    This would need a legend to identify the different colours

  8. As an administrator, I would like to be able to set a floor capacity for the maximum number of desk bookings per floor that will be accepted by Engage. Once this floor capacity has been reached. No additional new bookings will be accepted for this floor.

    Further enhancement:
    - Notify administrators when floor capacity is reached (or a threshold will be reached) to then release an additional floor for booking
    - Wait list for staff who wish to book on a floor that is at capacity, to then be notified when a new floor is released

    Thank you for the suggestion. I agree that this is an important feature for making it simple to get staff back to work.

    We are in the process of designing this feature.

  9. As a system administrator I want to control which spaces can be booked as 'all-day' settings and others by 'specific time'. This supports spaces with shift work, varying styles of work and bookings and large floors with a variety of team and space requirements.

    Examples:
    - Select some desks/spaces to be booked as "All-Day" and other to be "Specific Time"
    - Custom Label specific time bookings "Morning", "Afternoon", "Evening"
    - Preset start times for all day bookings differently between different desks
    - Pre-Defined Time Slot Bookings "9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm"

  10. Configurable option to define how many days or weeks in advance the desks/spaces can be booked in advance per building, floor or space.

    Examples:
    - At 12pm Friday, open bookings for the following week
    - All hot desks can only be booked on the day
    - Selected desks can be booked 4 weeks in advance, while default is only 1 week in advance (or the reverse)
    - Building A can be booked 2 weeks in advance, Building B can be booked 1 week in advance

  11. Management and staff may want alerts staff to an incident or disseminate an update. They can use Engage platform to push notifications to staff via the app.

    Examples should include:
    - Important Faciliites/Emergency information eg: "Lift under repairs today. Please use stairs" / "water leak on L08. please do not enter"
    - Evacuation in progress
    - When a selected colleague has made a booking, checked in or checked out
    - When a selected colleague is detected on site via SVLive

  12. Provide enhanced flexibility to booking rules to provide variable restrictions to bookings based on your team or the team allocations. This should include:
    - Provide a team priority to reserve, seats in a location (building, floor, hood) until a specified time (ie. a week before), then the reservations are open to everyone else not on the specified team.
    - Allocate spaces to only be bookable by specific teams on specific days ( E.G. Finance are allocated Monday, Wednesday & Friday, IT are allocated Tuesday & Thursday.)
    - Allow some teams to book in all spaces regardless of booking rules

  13. Using configurable colours, provide a way to mark sections of the floor background colour to reflect different zones, neighbourhoods or areas. This should include showing the name of the selected area.

    This could be used to show:
    - quiet zones

  15. Restrict to only show floors where you are assigned to book, unless you have additional access. Currently people can see all floors despite not being assigned to book at these locations - Some floors may be confidential or secure so we do not want them to see the floorplans if they're not able to book there.

  16. Enhancements too the process of booking a meeting space including:
    - Capture the name of the person making the booking
    - List the number of people attending the booking
    - List the names of people invited to the booking
    - Suggest meeting rooms based on the number of people going to the booking
    - Populate teams/outlook invite with links
    - Automatically integrate with VC/Video Conferencing and start calls at scheduled meeting times

  18. When a self booking is cancelled by the user, or because they did not check in, the user should receive an in app and email notification.

    The action should remove the entry in My Bookings too or clearly marked as Cancelled.

    The cancellation message should be customisable by Admins, and made more distinct in the mobile and web apps on screen notifications.

  20. Enhancements to the Engage Concierge menu should include:
    - Customise the location of text within the tiles
    - Customise the font and colour of text within tiles
    - Customise colour of arrows to move tiles
    - Play a looping video (mp4 or gif)
    - Play a single image or video behind tiles, without separate images per tile
    - Option for horizontal or vertical scrolling on either web or mobile
    - Directly link files from the Serraview document library for users to download
