Enhanced Details and notes on Spaces and Desks
Additional features to include in the details and notes of Spaces and Desks, sourced via relevant fields in Serraview
- Custom notes/Text
- Tags and Attributes (select which ones to display)
- Improved image quality or open to larger image
- Option to resize and recentre images

Cannot see both assigned “Person/Occupant” and “Desk/Room Name” labels at the same time on the "interactive" card after clicking on a desk with assigned person

The current filter option in Engage isn't intuitive for the masses.
Can SV create a pop up box when hovering over, or clicking on a seat in Engage, that lists the attributes? Or perhaps the attributes appear in the reservation info box.

The ability to include links to Custom Fields within a Desk or Space in Engage, allowing links to external content relevant to that space such as:
- Accessibility information and access routes
- Catering Services
- IT Services or Support -

When selecting a meeting room or workstation to book, it would be useful if Engage would display a pop up with any caveats relating to that space. Some teams (usually Executive) need to override bookings and it would be better if this were made clear at the time of booking.
e.g. "Crisis Management Room - meetings may be cancelled with immediate effect".

As an Engage end user
I would like to be able to see area (in sqft/sqm) when I click on a space
So that I can better understand the size of the space I'm reserving. -

The option to add some tags to be viewed in Engage and Locator, (not searchable or using a filter). So when you double click on a room, or desk if you have tagged something such as Dual Monitors it comes up (Similar to how it is displayed in Spaces).

It would be excellent where we upload a photo of a room or room space to get an enhanced image rather than the thumbnail picture that is displayed. Providing this not only helps those visually impaired but also enables users to have a good understanding of the room layout and potential infrastructure available.
This would be needed for both web and app.

As an Engage user,
I would like desks and spaces to provide more details about the space,
and to include the ability that can either hyperlink to a URL, or open an options pane,
So that I can more easily see additional information, including specific equipment/room attributes. -

Workspace tags should be available to the end user via Engage when viewing a space. This will allow them to view what is available at each space before booking. Linked to the ability to search based on tags, which is already requested.

As a Space Planner or Locator User,
I would like to be able to see custom fields when searching for an employee,
So that I can have more pertinent information about the individual.Currently in the locator the employees desk phone number, extension and email populate when looking up employees.
Is there any way we can add another field, such as cell phone number to the employee info box?

We are instructed to upload PNGs and JPGs in a certain pixel resolution. However the image that is displayed on the phone is a crop of the original upload, so it is hard to predict what is going to actually be seen. This can be troublesome because the crop sometimes looks awful, or the colors are in conflict with font colors so that you can't read the text. It would be great if the upload was WYSIWYG. To achieve the look i wanted, i ended up uploading the same photo like 8 times.
