Unknown Person / Opt-Out of Engage Display
Change the manner in which users that have selected to Opt-Out of Engage are displayed in Engage.
Currently they are shown as Unknown Person on both the floorplan when zoomed in, and the card of the selected desk.
Suggest alternative description that clearly identifies the person has opted out of displaying their information in Engage.

Engage Remote User
When a desk is occupied by a device detected on SVLive2 that is active via a remote session such as Windows Remote or Ctirix RDA, the desk displays as active in Engage with the persons name.
The person card should identify the user, but be flagged as "Remote Activity" to identify that the person is not active on site.

Additional Markers
As a Space Planner and Engage user,
I would like to be able to see markers for First Aid kits, AED/defibrillators, eye wash stations, sanitary vending machine, vending machines, kitchens.So that I can ensure the safety of myself and fellow employees.
this should include a key to identify the markers, and the ability to search for markers
As a Serraview admin,
I would also like the ability to:
- Add customized markers with my own icons

Reoccurring and concurrent reservation enhancements
As an Engage administrator,
I would like to be able to configure rules around the number of concurrent, reoccurring and back to back bookings users can make in spaces and desks.For example:
- Define which users to can make reoccurring bookings in some spaces
- Define which users to can make multiple concurrent bookings in some spaces
- Define which spaces a user can make concurrent bookings in, for example hot desks or team spacesThis will support Engage being used for other tasks such as car parking

- Building level concurrency limits - Configure per building how many concurrent bookings a user can make. Currently this is limited to a global setting.
- Building level Weeks in Advance - Configure per building how many weeks in advance a user can make a booking. Currently this is limited to a global setting.
- Separate concurrency limits for desks and spaces - Configure how many concurrent bookings a user can make in a desk and in a space

Desk numbers visible on floorplan in Engage
Desk numbers to be visible on the initial floorplan when choosing a desk in Engage - e.g. as currently visible in VBS. As opposed to needing to click on a desk to see the desk number.

If a desk is booked, allocated or detected as occupied via SVLive2 the floorplan will continue to display the name of the person at the desk

Allow the acknowledgement language to be specific at the building level (not a global acknowledgement)
Right now, the acknowledgement language is only set at a global level, meaning all buildings have the same acknowledgement language when a booking is made.
There is a need for the acknowledgement language to be custom at the building level.

Remove limit on all-day booking, allow desks to be made available after cancellation
Currently when an all-day reservation is cancelled after the start of the check-in window, that desk will be reserved for the rest of the day even if the user has cancelled the reservation.
Can we add a setting to the engage config that gives Admins the option to decide whether desks are made available again the same day a reservation has been cancelled?
13 votesEngage allows desks to be booked again once someone has cancelled an existing booking.
Please note that there will be a short delay once a booking has been cancelled before the same user will be able to book another desk or the previously booked desk will be shown as available to be booked by another user.

Engage Public APIs
Develop an Engage API that enables read, and potentially write, capabilities for the following use scenarios;-
- Desk/space/locker availability (available / booked) for read / write
- Desk/space/locker free or in use information.
- Person current and future detailed booking information.
- Person on site (checked in and/or Badge onsite/ SVLive) information.NB - Person information should pull information from people directory so as to feed into third-party technology such as access control (security/locker) and visitor management systems.
API should be two way to enable booking / check through third party system.

Provide concierge tiles the ability to directly open an email to an email address E.G. "ITSupport@company.com".

Engage Check-In/Cancel Email reminder
When we receive the automated "Engage Check-In" email reminder at the beginning of the day, the CHECK IN link does a wonderful job in taking you directly to your reservation to check in. Super user-friendly and makes like easy. Great. Love it.
However, the CANCEL link does not have the same, user-friendly, functionality. Instead, it takes you directly to the Concierge Menu, and from there you must manually navigate to your reservation, and hit the trash bin icon to cancel your reservation.
Please give the CANCEL link the same functionality as the as the CHECK-IN link

Disable bookings by person
I am a system administrator or a specific role and I want to be able to disable the ability for a person to be able to make a booking through Engage.
I want to be able to manage this in the people directory, against a person's profile.
I want to be able to hide the information so that only a specific security role can see it.
I want to be able to bulk import to update this information and/or include it in our automated people feed.

Booking Rules Based on User Role/Title/Level/Classification
Would like to be able to restrict bookings/reservations, based on the users Job Role/Title/Level/Classification
For example, we'd like for only VPs to be able to book Offices, and not allow a contractor to do so.
Or, we'd like for only a Manager/People Leader to book a Manager Station, and not allow a regular FTE or contractor.
Different roles should also be able to book in advance for different time periods beyond the default period

Improve Desk / Spaces Attribute search
Currently the filtering for the attributes is either one or all attributes that we select to be searched. It would be good to have an option to tick if the requirement of the search is to ensure the desk/meeting rooms have all the attributes selected not just one or the other. I would think most cases people would for example want to search for multiple items such as sit to stand and dual monitors for example.

Engage desktop app and more popup customisation settings
Would be good to have Engage page as a desktop app. That would allow quick access and pop up notifications such as
1. xx booked a desk for you, accept or decline
2. You have a booking today, check in or cancel
3. you have no booking tomorrow, place one or ignore
4. Your booking will end in 15 minutes, pack up or extend - packing up checklist etc.
A whole range of things can be much easier and user friendly if it just actively engage as opposed to passively awaiting people to go in and action. Provide secondary/simplified floor plan for use in Engage
If possible, can a secondary background file be generated for use in the Engage app/tool that would provide a simplified view of items. This would allow for a less cluttered look in the app/tool to make it easier for the Engage user to navigate.
This would allow the local team maintaining the Serraview system to keep the detailed plans for their purposes, yet allow for the simplified Engage view.
Not sure what the best way to implement this would/should be. Specific layer names, or text in the layer name in the CAD file to not generate for the Engage version…

Could you please create a simple user guide that our employees can use to locate colleagues and reserve desks, etc. in the web version? The help page online has too many details that are more relevant to power users, and I am looking for something "dumbed down" oriented toward regular company users. Thank you!
