Engage desktop app and more popup customisation settings
Would be good to have Engage page as a desktop app. That would allow quick access and pop up notifications such as
1. xx booked a desk for you, accept or decline
2. You have a booking today, check in or cancel
3. you have no booking tomorrow, place one or ignore
4. Your booking will end in 15 minutes, pack up or extend - packing up checklist etc.
A whole range of things can be much easier and user friendly if it just actively engage as opposed to passively awaiting people to go in and action. The same goes with the mobile app. Would like to see more features and customisations allowed for the app.

An enhancement has been delivered to Engage to send users confirmation emails when they make a booking, send notifications on the day of their booking via email or app notification or automatically cancel a booking if not checked in.
