Profile Photo
Users are asking if there's a feature to allow them to upload their photo to their profile. This is helpful for users who are retuning and have never seen their team mates in real life.

An enhancement has been delivered to Engage to display profile pictures of users.

Currently, we are only able to do this in Serraview on a case-by-case basis which, would be a significant resource effort and would create a lot of admin support for our primary system operators. Granting users the ability to upload their own profile photo would negate the need for system operator time however, we would need to consider a disclaimer to outline the criteria of a photo to ensure it is fit for purpose and does not cause any complaints.
