Engage should support languages other than English.

User's should be able to select their language of choice via their user profile (which administrators should be able to configure centrally and users should have control to change).

Engage should come with all of the static text (buttons, help screens, labels, calendar, etc) available in multiple languages, starting with English and French.

Engage should allow system administrators to:
a. define a default language
b. provide translations for all user defined fields (concierge menu, regions, building names, space types, person attributes, space attributes, etc) but not make these mandatory.
c. automatically fall-back to showing the default language for user defined fields if a translation has not been provided

Engage should show localized keyboard and calendar controls based on the user's profile.
