  3. Would be nice to change the defaults in BOS regarding the publishing toggle buttons of Removing Existing Occupant and Removing the Space Allocation that are always on. We would prefer them to be off as a standard so we do not accidently displace someone into being unseated.

  5. Please add a specific space type for parking spaces that do not fall under the booking restrictions of work spaces. It should be a real new space type that allows for individual configuration and come with a parking icon.

I've been running Report 232, Capacity & Opportunity, and trying to extract occupancy information to look at trends during COVID so I'm using Snapshots (which we automatically created every 2 weeks). These reports, as I'm sure affects others, wont report on Buildings that existed at the time, eg. the former TGA site, but will only report on Buildings that exist now.
    I can see that I can no longer select the old TGA site when selecting Region/Building/Floor as it no longer is available in the list, but if I select ACT or Australia then it would be nice to be…

  7. It would be nice to include a Snapshot date in any of the Reports which support selecting these previous timeframes. Currently if I run multiple Reports, each using a different date from a Snapshot, all the reports have the same header which shows the date it was run. There's no way of knowing what Snapshot was used.
    Eg. Rather than simply showing "Report Run March 08, 2023" it should show "Report Run March 08, 2023 using Snapshot from January1, 2022".

  8. Two ideas - one is to add a new Allocation called "HOTEL" where the station and office allocation can be changed for a hybrid/hotel workplace model. The blue dot would change to a new color.

    2nd is to allow the functionality of an office to match that of a desk. I'd like the ability to update the allocation/charge rule of an office to "HOTEL" (if that's added as a feature) but if not, to Campus Common All. However currently if I change the allocation of an office/room - the blue dot disappears and I cannot "undo" this.

  9. Would be great for system to map doors/ assets (such as machines) in VBS or stored in the background so that system can be integrated with Security system (as an example) to further enable analysis of utilisation data and cross analysis with booking. Currently data are intergated to building/ floor level which is quite limited, especially if we are looking at machines, labs vs. office space.

  10. As a Space Planner,
    I would like to modify colors for the Custom Field View in the Spaces module
    So that I can better differentiate the different values.

    Currently, the colors automatically chosen are too close to tell apart.

  13. It would be nice to have a button to change the colors to color-blindness friendly coloring within Spaces and especially VBS. Just a toggle option for users who need it would be great.

  14. Provide confirmation on page once a new user creates a password and it is accepted and confirmation when password reset is changed. This would reduce the number of lock outs and reset confusion for users.

  15. currently leased area can only be imported as sq M but on the conversion from sq ft, the actual value is off by decimals. When these are contracted numbers that is a problem as they have to be exact. please allow us to import in sq ft to the leased area field

  16. As Business Accommodation Managers, we receive Service Requests that are for various sites around the country. As each site is managed by different Managers, Service Requests that are for multiple sites need to be separate from each other for Business Accommodation Managers to manage and action accordingly.

    This involves manually creating service requests that are exactly the same as the original to ensure the manager looking after the relevant sites in the original request can be notified of a Service Request being submitted for them.

    I am requesting a copy feature of the Service Request that simply copies the original…

  18. For the system parameters/configuration that Serraview manage on behalf of a customer, can visibility be provided as to how these parameters are configured within the Configurations module? It is challenging to see/understand these settings without reaching to Serraview -- these fields can be non-editable but visibility would be extremely helpful.

  19. There have been times I am trying to share documents with Support or with my internal team, using the document library. Some files include large detailed excel documents and CAD files - floorplans. The document library is default limited to 100MB. It would be good to have this permanently increased, to give us flexibility in storing and sharing files as needed.

  20. The ability to merge and move neighborhoods that hold teams from floor to floor or when on the same floor. The flexibility of this assists with large changes that occur from an end user perspective and makes more sense to adjust the existing scenario plan vs starting new.
