  2. As a Workplace Admin, I need to be able to add people to my flexi team who are already assigned to a dedicated space, without removing them from their existing location(s).

    Right now, if "Enable Move / Keep Functionality" is turned on, I can uncheck "Remove from previous location(s)" when adding a user to a workpoint, but I have no such option when adding users to a flexi team. I have to ask a global Serraview admin to add the user to the flexi team via VBS.

  3. Currently, in the Spaces Module, one can edit tags by painting or using an eraser. I would love that same ability applied to Attributes, using a secured action.

  4. The BOS - Arriving Locations report (#88) needs some re-vamping. Currently, the list of all employees in a neighborhood are physically listed on the floorplan, next to the letter shown in a KEY in a table at the bottom of the report.

    That could mean a very long list of employees that covers up much of the floorplan.

    Can the report be modified to list these associates in the table at the bottom of the report, instead?

  5. Expand the location bar in the reports parameters, to show complete location title. The name should show fully if you hover the mouse over it.

  6. The limited width of the Selector bar in Reporting means that the names of the space types are shortened. It would be useful to be able to change the width of the bar.

    As well as hide the dashboard in VBS & Spaces, to allow for a larger screen view of the plan.

  9. Would love to be able to use the data import process to put "Blank" values into data fields.

    Currently when doing data imports to Serraview, some fields are able to accept "Blank" values to be updated where other fields are not able to have "Blank" values imported.

    There is no identifiable way to know which fields are able to accept "Blank" values with an import file. At least not identifiable to me. I had submitted a support ticket about this. Was told it was text fields that could be wiped out, but that is not always the case.

  10. Add the number of Vacant and Occupied desk totals next to each to the Legend. This will quickly show the number of people that are in the office and a particular floor which is good for office management.

  11. Be able to delete orphan org units without needing to remove orphan org units that are currently in VBS/Scenario Planner or related modules

  13. With the new feature to open and close floors it would be preferable for those desks/floors to be greyed out instead of looking green and available. An error message does pop up when you try to book but it is small and states "Building" is closed instead of just the chosen floor. Could their be an option to personalise the comment per building and make it clearer with greyed out desks?

  14. Allow the possibility to create new custom categories for reports;
    In the reporting tab, it will be very useful if the users will be able to add new categories and sort the reports more easily.

  15. This would make the entire FPI process automated as some users currently need to rename non-unique spaces such as Core (e.g to "Core 1, Core 2" etc) for the FPI to work.

  20. Sometimes we need to upload the corrected or missing historical badge data for certain sites or buildings. It would be very helpful if we can upload data for a selected period of dates/time range in the history without interrupting or overriding other existing data.
