Copy Service Requests
As Business Accommodation Managers, we receive Service Requests that are for various sites around the country. As each site is managed by different Managers, Service Requests that are for multiple sites need to be separate from each other for Business Accommodation Managers to manage and action accordingly.
This involves manually creating service requests that are exactly the same as the original to ensure the manager looking after the relevant sites in the original request can be notified of a Service Request being submitted for them.
I am requesting a copy feature of the Service Request that simply copies the original Service Request, but is treated as a new Request (with a new Service Request number). My idea is that there is a copy button that would be in any given Service Request.
This will reduce manually creating multiple requests and managing Service Requests effectively. This would support the team a lot and possibly everyone else who use Serraview as well

This feature would be extremely helpful and reduce the amount of time it takes when duplicating the request manually.
