    the date time required fields are designed for this, the system just needs to manage the data from these fields

    This is a really important requirement, it may seem small but if we are to encourage the use of the workplace the user need to be able to the minimum actions they can as a requestor in the BOC

    I think this may cause a problem if two user carry out the same inspection and submit the same questionnaire, which one would the system record? or would the last to upload be the winner. This might work with an alway connected application but not offline

    This is possible, but not via the front end tools, There is a check that looks for overlapping and stops the rule from being created. However the system has no problem at all running this. We have a few clients that run 21 day's separated by 7 days with 3 rules. This means at any time they have at least 14 days of active PM works. This also allow for new PMS to be configured as they will be picked up weekly. This is adjustable 45 day with 6 rules. So the system is more than happy to run this type of setup, it's just the front end tools that apply the restriction so I'm sure this could be easily resolved.

    This would be very useful for cf's to be able to restrict the parts list by the asset associated to the work request. This should be selectable as it is highly likely they need a part the is not directly linked to the asset.
