We do the same as @mray@absolute-fs.com. Each week we copy our production data to our training DB (and of course we have a training tomcat) and turn SSO off and update all users to one password. This allows us to log in as anyone to see what they are seeing and train anyone on other roles. Our data is never older than one week in the training DB.

Need to make sure that any map integration looks for HTTPS sites and not http. Security reviews on or company have identifed this as an unacceptable risk and these sites are being blocked and therfore this function will not work

have an option to do extended forecasts push forecast out to a parametise duration. We forecast 5 years in advance. Also ensure pmsd forward records with no WO are deleted into the future (from today) when the forecast is currently done there are duplicates that skew cost estimates

Allow a manual out of cycle PM to be generated from the define schedules screen and give the option to choose the date. the date should be able to be retrospective. Example Tech has to do a repair and at the same time should do a PM for best practice, but does not want to re-schedule the cycle PM. Another example where this can be useful is when the auto create process goes down or there is an outage of IT. PM can be readily generated at the PMS screen allowing detailed view of relevant data on that screen to make decisions.

Should also consider the ability to Purge forecast in the PMSD into the future when PMS is not active or not used or PM has been removed. we use this for 30 year forecast but when a building is demolished it would be good to have the ability to purge that data.

While looking at this please review the layout of the Manage Work Order Generation Rules - Recurring Pattern Layout. It is difficult to understand if you are not very familiar with it.
Also have the ability to turn PMS of and on active/inactive

we constantly struggle with deadlocks and there are many hours exhausted with rectification. There needs to be greater parameter based complete and close rules down to problem types, trades, craftsperson's and building to allow better management through batched process
