  1. Have the ability to download an org chart. All the information needed is pulled over through AD currently. It would be genius to allow teams the ability to view a full org chart of their organization.

  2. The ability to put a parameter around whom can see each others hotel desk bookings. Whether by department, floor, or team, this would be helpful and provide some privacy throughout the organization.

  3. Add a way to view all employees from app without having to search for them. Ideally a company directory showing the employees info and pictures in alphabetical order.

  4. Would rather see the filterability by Building than HR Location in the Terminated report. We use the report to see who has been unseated from any given site and if we care to dig in, we download to find the details about where they were assigned (HR Location).

    HR Location doesn't seem useful if someone is trying to figure out who may have been terminated/unseated from an office and their HR Location is assigned to a different office. They will get missed.

  6. I have had a few requests of clients wanting there employees to be able to walk into the office and book a desk from our wayfinding browser view that they would have displayed on a browser or TV.

  9. When a booking has been made, if the system could automatically add a buffer time for (1hr) or any amount of time, the desk could not be reserved by another employee until it has been marked as cleaned.

  11. If trying to bulk import 100 buildings to my portfolio, there should be a column in the building import template that will allow you to add a building type, as it does when you're manually adding a single building. Also, having the ability to extract Building Types to a csv would be useful as FM's try and manage multiple buildings. Currently, you only have the ability to view Building Types within the SiQ platform.

  12. Putting accepted file types (png only), file sizes below the floorplan import section of the Floor form. Also adding more detailed information on an error beyond "oops something went wrong" when a file doesn't load.

  17. Allow minimal drawing of lines that help us demarcate leased space from spaces not in contract, or show Joint Venture space vs. company space. Nothing complex, but beyond just placing pins/icons.

  19. Archibus manages teams of professional field workers well, but as a manager of a mid-sized facility, I need a simple, easy onboarding maintenance solution.

    I want help managing the flurry of maintenance and compliance tasks across the facility.

    I outsource almost all work, so I would need an easy way to onboard vendors and reference their contract. I want the system to mail links to tasks in the system, so vendors can sign in and check off completion and link to their invoice.
