Archibus manages teams of professional field workers well, but as a manager of a mid-sized facility, I need a simple, easy onboarding maintenance solution.

I want help managing the flurry of maintenance and compliance tasks across the facility.

I outsource almost all work, so I would need an easy way to onboard vendors and reference their contract. I want the system to mail links to tasks in the system, so vendors can sign in and check off completion and link to their invoice.

I sometimes need to manage internal staff for tasks like employee onboarding -- and I would like to be able to track the related task for IT, a furniture order, and space management assignment once HR tells me a new staffer is coming onboard.
