  1. The system current shows vacancy as it related to allocations. It is not helpful in space planning to know what is allocated but more as to if a desk is occupied or vacant. It would be helpful to change the current label to % allocated and create a new items as % occupied and have that related to the number of desks that are assigned currently. This would be helpful in space planning and understanding how occupied the space is.

  2. We would like to be able to send custom notifications to all or a subset of users with a confirmation button.

    For example within California employers must notify employees within 48 hours of a potential COVID exposure. It would be helpful if we could push these notifications to users of the mobile app.

  3. More branding of the platform for the company
    - ability to change the color of the header to company colors
    - Remove "SiQ" and have just the company logo

  4. The ability to define certain desks as hourly only and other desks as all day only.

    The hourly desks could be used for cafe/kitchen or more transient areas where people are expected to come and go regularly.
    The all day reservations would be designated as focus areas.

    For the cafe use case, an employee should be able to have an all day reservation and still book an hourly seat in the cafe.

  6. When one exports employee list for a location with neighborhoods, the only thing listed per employee is the neighborhood name. It does not state what floor that neighborhhod is on. See below : FLoor is blank

    The Portfolio Summary also does not show number of employees by department in the summary, just blank. Honestly, Neighborhoods are the weakest part of SpaceIQ.

  7. Currently end users can see pictures of meeting rooms on the desktop and mobile versions of the software. However, currently you can only see pictures of desk on the mobile app. It would be nice with the uptick in hoteling to be able to see an image of a desk before booking.

  8. Currently when viewing remote employees on the app, it does not have a a location for showing Remote. It would be great to have this location field added for all remote employees notating their Location as remote.

  11. Currently there is not a report that shows Space Usage Types and Seat Codes. This is needed for our company to ascertain which Work Spaces are Hoteling Desks, Usage Types, and which are not. This report will be given to janitorial for cleanings/moving items as needed.

  13. Currently the main Lease page displays figures as $ even when another currency is selected - example attached.

    This is very confusing. If it isn't possible to insert the correct currency symbol, is it possible to at least delete the $ symbol when another currency is selected?

    I have already raised a ticket for this (#7316 Manage Leases) but was advised to Suggest A Feature

  14. Please enable search by desk numbers for Viewers. Employees that are not necessarily admins want to find desks based on desk numbers. Also may help for hotel desk search if an employee knows the area well.

  17. "Thanks for getting back to me. One big problem we seem to have with the meeting is rooms getting booked but the meeting gets abandoned. That affects our ability to track actual conference room utilization but also makes booking conference rooms challenging at times for the employees. Does your software allow a check-in function for team members for when they arrive at a meeting they have to press a button to confirm their meeting? Then if they dont press their button within a few minutes of the meeting start time the meeting gets cancelled? Additionally if that is captured and…

  18. Looking at the Wayfinder or Finder views of the floorplan, change the color of the meeting rooms that are not available to be booked. e.g. red for not available.

  20. If I'm Stack Planning a site with 3+ buildings, I need to re-select the buildings I want to Stack each time I navigate from building to site view. This is problematic for sites within 10+ buildings.

    Instead, the buildings that I selected should be stored as part of my session in the same way my filter is stored in the Portfolio view.
