Display team space / desk allocation on floorplan
It would be useful to be able to limit the view for users to see their own team allocation so that they are easily aware of where the rest of their team is sitting and where they can find a seat. It would be particularly useful if there was an easy search function rather than having to search for desks per floor.

An enhancement has been released to Engage which highlights the desks allocated to a team when you search for that team via the Teams tab.

The number one wish I get from clients is that the same blocking we see in the VBS can be shown somehow in Engage. This is important to know where your team home area is or if you are looking to sit with another team for the day and need to know which area of a floor to book in.

On person's card in Engage it is missing the Neighborhood they are assigned to. This was a very helpful feature in Locator. At least one client hasn't been able to move to Engage locator until this is added.

We constantly receive questions about how/where to find where a team is sitting, or which space was allocated to a team. It would be extremely helpful (user friendly) for employees to have a quick glance at team allocations, especially from Engage which helps them decide where they want to book a workspace.

Would also be nice to have a view similar to VBS where the user can see allocations and change the level to see Level 1, Level 2, & Level 3 groups/organizations.

Great idea. Would like to add that this must be simple for end users. Many do not know their exact team name. Functionality should allow them to 'Find MY team' in addition to choosing a specific team or org level.

Similar/same requirement: show available desks on a floor colour coded by their neighbourhood to allow teams to easily find/identify their 'team allocation'. Currently in Engage a user can only see all avaialble desks on their floor and this can be overwhelming if it is a large floorplate. As users are unable to see any hood allocations and it would be helpful if the same/similar hood information is visible as per VBS. So they find/book the right 'zone' or areas near their team.

This same requirement has been asked for in at least two demonstrations to potential clients. It would be a great addition to have especially for the high performing workplaces with Zoning, Tribes and large neighbourhoods.

@Fred - yes. Search by team and show available desks in that team area.

Two parts to this requirement:
1) Add team and neighborhood to search..."show me the desks and rooms that comprise the Smart Environments team".
2) Add team and neighborhood as search criteria for finding available desks..."show me available seats in the Smart Environments team"
Are these correct?

Great Dom - This was requested by an Executive Director at a University. As Workplace change is new for staff, its important they feel connected to their tribe. Filtering on available spaced by tribe, will also have a positive impact on future proofing the solution for new starters who join the organisation AFTER workplace transformation - when new ways of working is BAU. It should help them remain connected to their tribe, instead of overwhelmed by any desk free 1 in a 1000 scenario. Great suggestion and often requested by clients to search for team / tribe locations. filtering via availability within that area would be great.

As a user, I'd like to be able to find out where teams are located, especially short-term cross-functional teams that may only remain formed for a few days to a few months.
