  1. In Mobile a craftsperson can add another craftsperson to a work request. ideally this functionality is added to OnSite and perhaps controlled with a setting.

  2. We should be able to at least see the equipment information when scanning the QR Code.

    We are expecting that as much information is visible in the Workplace App on scanning the QR Code for any equipment, at least the same information should also be displayed on the Onsite App

  3. Currently on the page which shows the list of work requests the Room Number is NOT visible. Our trades use this to plan their day and right now they have to go into each request individually to plan their day.

  4. Can Model Number and Manufacturer be added to the Surveys so this data can be entered when staff performs building surveys? See attached for the current fields that can be added. Those fields are missing.

  5. Currently the Requestor Phone number from the wr.phone field is NOT visible anywhere in OnSite. Ideally this would be visible on the work request listing page or at least on the work request detail page. The only phone number shown is if there is a value in the em.phone field it is shown when selecting the phone icon under the requestors name in the work request detail page.

  6. Provide support for alternate messaging apps such as Cisco Jabber. We use iPads and trades do not have an Apple ID and therefore cannot use the Apple Messaging app. We use Cisco Jabber internally or Microsoft Teams.

  7. Create a parameter, for OnSite app. to track the position of the Craftsperson.
    This will help the Dispatcher to dispatch the most closer to Incident Craftsperson available.
    Integration with GIS (Esri, Google...) will make this easy to present.
    If parameter is 1 Archibus receive coordinates from OnSite if 0 no coordinates are sent.
    Onsite may show on GIS the position as well.

  8. Today a person can create an external ticket by entering a lat/lon instead of a building/floor/room. If the ticket is worked in Onsite, the craftsperson cannot view where the work order can be found.

  9. The completed checklist can be unlocked and edited (modified) only using the onsite, but not in Web Central.

    We would like to have the web central also has the same functionality to be able to do this.

  10. After completing the checklist from the Onsite Application, when we try to view the data from web central. The colour is very light (grey) and is difficult to read, specially for our clients.

    In there any way, we can change/darken the colour theme.

  11. When the organization uses SAML for authentication, you must setup a second instance of Web Central to support API calls. If the organization is using Onsite, then another instance of Web Central must be setup to support that application. Once these secondary environments are up, a user can go to the URL and attempt to log into those systems.

    We are requesting a switch in Web Central config files that would disable the UI login capability. With this switch turned on, a user would receive a message on the Archibus login page suggesting they are not authorized to log into…

  12. The OnSite app contains documents and can open external URLs that can take you out of the app to open the mobile browser following the external URL.

    I would like to see the reverse: from an external web page, I would like the ability to open the OnSite app (if installed on the device)

    That would be a link like "onsite://" or whatever the correct equivalent is for the official Eptura OnSite app.

    As a further enhanced feature on top of that, it would be great if the OnSite app even supported deeper links into the app.

    Something like "onsite://workrequests/123"…

  13. Users have reported confusion about the messages "You're all done" or "Work Completed" that appear when you first get into the OnSite app.
    What's happening is that when opening OnSite for the first time or after a while, the list of WRs for the user is empty.
    The app displays the message "You're all done" while in fact it is synchronising the data.
    After a few seconds (~3s) the list of WRs appears.
    The same happens when you enter a group.
    For example, when you group by Site-Building, and then select a Site-Building, at first the list is empty and…

  14. Maintenance of big external infrastructure (airports, stadiums,...) comes with the need to precisly localize external interventions.
    This is feasible through Web central (maintenance console, locate functionality) but not through OnSite while mobility usage is key for maintaining these infrastructures.
    The need to geolocate an intervention and to be geoguided to it is raised by all these kind of clients and is currently an important OnSite missing functionality.

  15. Currently, a CF can only attach photos to a WR.
    It would be useful to give CF the ability to attach other type of documents (e.g. PDFs).

    The use case is:
    A Craftsperson has to complete a certificate (for example an ELECTRICAL SAFETY CERTIFICATE) when doing a Work Request.
    The PDF version of the blank certificate, is automatically attached to the Work Request through the reference documents feature.
    The Craftsperson accesses the blank certificate from OnSite, open it on their device, complete it, sign it, save it locally then attach it back to the WR.

  16. Allow assigned CF to complete WR even though another CF is assigned.

    Currently if there are two assigned the WR will not complete, and the screen does not refresh or indicate that the other CF needs to complete. Allow similar to the Mobile app V5 to optionally complete regardless of other CF being assigned. the current method produces additional admin.

  17. We have a use case scenario to download the data locally in the Onsite App.

    Case 1
    When the data is downloading, we need to keep the phone screen on, we have touch the screen again and again, if the phone backlight goes off, the downloading pauses.

    Case 2
    When the data is downloading, we cannot even minimize the app, if we do, the downloading pauses even worse sometimes, it starts again from the start.

    Assuming the Offline data to be preapred takes 30 minutes to download, then it's very frustating for the user to keep the Onsite App open…

  18. Currently the chat icon is bolded when there is a value in the em.phone field. however this field would typically contain the value of a business phone number that cannot be messaged. It would make more sense to have this associated with the em.cellular_number field which would be more likely setup for messaging.

  20. In the case of water and electricity meter readings,The difference (daily usage) can be displayed.

    ①Enter the meter reading for the day
    ②The previous day's meter reading is displayed
    ③The difference is displayed
