Onsite: Add Model Number and Manufacturer fields to survey
Can Model Number and Manufacturer be added to the Surveys so this data can be entered when staff performs building surveys? See attached for the current fields that can be added. Those fields are missing.

Yes, technicians can do space surveys and equipment surveys to capture equipment data in a given space. We even let trained student works to gather equipment data.
