This has been implemented on the HP account. A report was created to identify the empty teams, and then once a day on a scheduled basis, the report is used to import into Serraview. Currently the report will include teams that do NOT have a person assigned, and if the team is not associated with any space. The second part was not originally built into the query that the report output for.

I'd like to be able to put some color into the background file to "Block" a certain section of seats for visual purposes to the end users of Engage. My thought of how to implement might be that an additional "SV-" layer be used to allow whatever elements are on it to retain their color when the background is generated, rather than having everything on the background be monochrome.
This would allow for individual clients to customize some things for their local needs. And as this is a change to the background graphic, it shouldn't impact Serraview data.

Apparently the Secured Action of "Reservations - Book on behalf of another person" also provides the same permissions as if they are also assigned the Secured Action of "Reservations - Bypass concurrency limit", BUT without actually assigning the second Action.
I would like to need to manually assign the second Secured Action to a Security Role, rather than allow it to happen automatically. I have over 1300 people that have the ability to Book on Behalf of another person, but only a very small subset that I want to be able to bypass the occupancy limit. But I don't have that ability the way the system is currently configured.
Because the second Secured Action is already in the system, I'm not sure why the bypass was put in place, rather than requiring it be assigned to a Security Role, as is the case with the first Secured Action.

Additionally have noticed that the social distancing generated bookings are not able to be deleted by Client System Admins. I would think that those bookings should be able to be deleted by the appropriately credentialed individuals.

As of March 2025, there is the ability to have emails sent out when a user cancels their booking. But there is no ability to have an email sent out when the system auto cancels a booking when the user does not Check-in, for those locations that use the Check-in process. If any email was sent out, it would help to alert the user that they either missed their booking, or they forgot to Check-In when they arrived. Because the space becomes available again after the cancellation of the booking, and the user may have just forgotten to Check-in, and now someone else books the space but when they arrive at the space it is in use.
