Auto-delete empty teams from stack
We should be able to configure auto-deletion of empty teams on a recurring basis to keep stack clean.

This has been implemented on the HP account. A report was created to identify the empty teams, and then once a day on a scheduled basis, the report is used to import into Serraview. Currently the report will include teams that do NOT have a person assigned, and if the team is not associated with any space. The second part was not originally built into the query that the report output for.
