I think it would make sense to add this button to the My Bookings section, next to the Check-In/Out button. Pressing the button would open a new dialog that allows the user to select how long they'd like to extend, 15 min, 30, 45, 60 etc., based on the availability of that space. Extensions should be logged and reportable, so that clients can identify if their employees have an issue with meetings taking too long, or not scheduling meetings properly.

Geofencing should also determine which options are shown in the concierge menu, so that users are presented with data that is relevant to their current location.

Currently, Engage admins can configure the color used to indicate that a seat is available for booking. There are currently two other colors used to indicate seat status:
Dark Blue - Selected Seat
Light Grey (smaller dot) - Seat unavailable
A configuration option to change the color associated with these statuses should be available as well.

When attending a campus, users will often swipe into one building for physical convenience (parking is near building B and my office is in building A) but will actually go to another. When buildings are configured as a campus in the system, utilization reports should treat a user swiping into a building in the campus as a resident, if they are a resident of any of the buildings belonging to that campus.

Surveys should also be reactive to events. For example, sending a survey each time a user has completed a reservation and completed their appointment for a space at a particular building/floor.

Engage allows users with the proper permissions to create and send surveys for users to complete. Survey creators should be able to schedule the activation of a survey within the system (IE. I have a move on Friday, I want the Survey to go out Monday once everyone is settled in).
