    The error in the log file:
    Unable to execute statement: INSERT INTO reserve ......

    Caused by: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: String or binary data would be truncated.

    A morning booking as an example is typically 4 hours but the person only wants space for 2 hours and only be charged for 2 and not 4 hours.

    This is using the activity_log table and is now slowing down all the other applications using this table. It even caused production system downtime. We have a client who is generating 3000+ compliance events per month with NO archiving.
