Support Service Provider Initiated SSO
Support Service Provider Initiated SSO. Please can SiQ setup a site so that users can go to that directly, and get automatically redirected back to the Identity Provider for authentication, before continuing with the users request. For example https://spaceiq.com/my_company or https://my_company.spaceiq.com would re-direct back to our SSO (ADFS) service.

Monitor Configuration Scripting
Allow for attachment of scripts to specific Hoteling desks that allow a default monitor configuration to be set as a script. This way, every time a user books a desk they just have to run a script to arrange the monitors in the orientation they want instead of doing it manually.

Bike Parking Access
Allow to book access to existing bike infrastructure. Example: When we used to go to the office (pre COVID) I used my bike for commuting and had access to the bike parking room in the garage. It would be great we could request access to the bike room when booking a desk whenever I have to show to the office.

Option for a prompt when booking a desk
Request: Add the ability to turn on a prompt when an employee books a desk to ask if they have a physical badge. If the employee responds "No", an email will be sent to the team responsible for creating badges.
Maybe have a smart option for "Never ask again" so frequent office visitors don't get asked any more.

As an admin I want the ability to be able to edit display names on behalf of the employees without editing Human Resource Records.

Adding a notes section for each booking
Adding a "notes section" to each booking. Allows the user to add notes i.e. Booked on behalf of <name>.
It would help the user keep track of their bookings specifically for admin staff that are booking on behalf of their direct reports.

ad-hoc desk reservation
I would like to be able to do same day, ad-hoc desk reservation, either using an app in my phone or using the iPad in the office.
Step by step:
1. Show up in the office
2. Enter my login information
3. Select a desk

The small screen on the desk needs to show Employees' names and timing.

Company Directory from Web & App
Having the ability to utilize SiQ as a company directory would increase the benefits of your service. Currently you have to manually search by letter for an employee to pull up. There should be a way to search for all employees on the app and website. A true employee directory would be great for viewer access all the way to Admin.

IT roles to have reporting access
Our IT would need access to pulling reports to see who is on site etc certain days. Is there a way for this to be added under the IT role rather than making them a location admin etc

Shared Desks & Shift Identification
Shared desks to have additional fields to show when employees are using desk across different shifts. Currently, employees are listed on desk but you cannot identify what shift they are working on - shifts include days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Be able to see what slots are open for parking on the app
Currently, when you go to book a EV spot on the app, you have to guess the exact time you want to book for it to show you if it is open instead of just showing you available times. For example, If I put 1-5 but its only open 1:15-5, it shows me that it is not available at all, when it should suggest that 1:15 is available but not 1

Notification when reservation is ending
For the EV car charging ports, a lot of people go over on their time. It would be nice to have a 5, 10 or 15 minute notice of when your reservation is about to end to move your car for the next person.
