Reception Report for Hoteling Desks
Have the ability to run a daily report that shows all hoteling desks, what's available, which are reserved, who reserved it and who it was reserved for. This gives the receptionists an easy way to determine what is open/reserved on each floor in one report.

Can the 'employee import' functionality default to upsert with an option to truncate first if desired?
It's too easy to accidentally delete everyone, and when they get restored from backup all bookings and desk assignments are lost.

Hotel desk NOT booked
Provide a report that shows Hotel desks NOT booked. This can provide insight into unused Hotel desks. It would be nice to be able to filter it by days.

Add toggle to switch between old and new UI.
With recent UI changes, the distinction between available and unavailable desks, especially in the mobile app, has become less clear. This change affects the overall user experience on both web and mobile platforms.
So, it would be great to have a toggle to switch between old and new UI.
OR please make consistent colors for accessible tables on the web and in the mobile application. This can help improve user understanding.1 vote -
Ability to add/edit markers and the markers able to Show Availability in Locator
Currently Viewers cannot see the Markers in Locator. the Markers are important for visiable in the floor plan for health and safety issue especially for the markers of fire facilities and emergency exit.
At the same time, the existing markers only have Fire Extinguisher and Fire Exit, we would like to create First-aid Box and Fire Hosereel and show up in the locator for their information of contingency awarness.

Edit tool for small "changes" that get made within a floorplan
Admin able to make minor edits to the floor plans without having to submit CAD drawings for simple changes like an office being converted to a cubicle or 2 cubicle spaces being converted to an office, and office into a conference room, a conference room into an office etc. with "stock" graphics. The type of interior projects that get done all the time to meet business needs/adjacency issues and are but small interior projects that don't effect overall square footage or exterior wall changes.

Allowing employees to update their status / add their own notes to their profile. Ex: In Office Mon - Wed 8am-5pm. WFH Thur / Fri 7:30am-4:30pm.

SiQ GraphQL API - Generate new token programmatically
We've been implementing connection between our internal softwares to SiQ and we've been wondering if there is any way to programmatically invalidate and generate a new API integration token.
We have concerns about the leak of this token leading to a security breach.We would like to have a way to invalidate the current token programmatically.

user role - Department Admin
Allow Department Admins to access the "Agile Workplace" reports. Many team leads need to know who is coming into the office and when. Will also give an overview of department across multiple locations

Geo location check in
Allow auto check in (via geo location tag). Mobile device to pick up geo location and check in when user is with a certain distance from the specified location.
This will help remove having to rely on staff to remember to check in, and enable check in for staff who cannot take personal items into a workplace area.

As an admin I would like to be able to filter out the capacity of neighborhoods from the Occupancy reports
There is nothing showing that neighborhoods are in the occupancy report but their inflated capacity gives false information about what seats I have available thus skewing the reporting.

As a user I want to see all users in the office on the floor map not just on the sidebar.

Reduce or remove the # of questions that now appear when you open a ticket
The automated questions that happen when a ticket is opened are hated by our employees. While it may be efficient for you, we are getting very negative feedback. I think device being used and date of first occurrence would be sufficient to to start. No one knows how many other users are affected, even our main Space IQ admin. Thanks.

Date and time of WHEN the desk booking was done
There is an info of start/end date for the booking but WHEN it was done is missing so:
if the person booked a desk for his job for Jan 11th starting from 9 AM till 1PM I can see it.
But it would be good to see WHEN (at what date and time) it was done (Jan 9th, 10th, 8th etc) as the desk can be booked in advance.1 vote -
SIQ uses Google Maps to name the office/buildings in the system which is problematic because we do not refer to our offices by a city they
SIQ currently pulls from Google Maps for the Building Names, which is problematic for us because we refer to our offices by countries. I've done a screen shot to show what I'm talking about. Is it possible to have a programmer alter our menu or give the admin rights to enter a manual name for a building vs. having your system pull from Google only causing inconsistency with how a company names/refers to their locations internally?
