Select Hours
Let users select specific times when reserving a desk. Currently I can only reserve a desk for 8am-5pm which is not my work schedule.

Remove "Cancel Booking" from the check-in email
As an admin I would like the ability to be able to remove the cancel link from the check-in email. This can be confusing to end-users and as an organization I would like to be able to decide if it is appropriate or not to have it.

A report that enables Admin to see which employees have cancelled desks.
A report that makes it possible for Admin to see those who are cancelling desks, for example, on the day of the booking.

neighborhood import
As an administrator of a company with over 10,000 employees I would like to import all employees at once and not be limited to the size limit of the 500 rows for neighborhood imports.

cancel links separate from any other links
As a user I should not be able to accidentally cancel my reservation. The link should be in a different location from the acceptance links, space links, or anything else that I might accidentally click near the cancel link .

custom spaces should have the same behavior as standard spaces
As an admin/user when I hover over a space on the floormap such as meeting room I am shown the label as well as other things such as notes or assets. When hovering over a custom space with assets and notes and a label I am shown the space type. The behavior should be the same.

Filter Headcount by team report by seated and non seated employees.
As an admin allow me to filter non seated employees and seated employees in the "Headcount by Team" report. The report name implies I will see the team not just the seated members.

Ability to SAVE a desk number as a user and not have to find/search each time.
Each user should be able to have saved or "favorite" desks numbers and that should be a quick pick option as soon as they log in.

Currently, on the web, we have 2 options to book a hotel desk.

Search for spaces in mobile
In the SiQ mobile app would be great to be able to search for spaces by the number/ID. We have a lot of spaces that aren't currently assigned to an employee or don't have a name associated with them. Very difficult to locate an assigned space in the mobile app. Only way to do it is through the web browser.

The auto-cancellation time should be editable with 15 min. step
The auto cancellation time now can be defined not earlier than in 1 hour. There would be convenient if a customer can configure this time with 15 min. step and starting from the 15 min. after the reservation time.

Portfolio set up
Under Location on the Portfolio section, I would like to suggest the ability to include multiple buildings under a city as currently you can only show 1city with all floors from across every building displayed. It would also be an enhanced feature to show Locations under floors. The display would be easier to navigate if the setup allowed you to show City/Building/Floors/Locations

Workspace identification across different shifts
The ability to identify work spaces that are not used for dayshift but for evening/night/weekend shifts is important. Could a work space icon for non dayshift be denoted with a color, such as red, on the circumference? It would make it clearly visible to users.
