Out of order desk for specific time/day
Please implement the possibility of turning off the desk for a specific day or period of time.
For example:
we can reserve desks 14 days in advance, but we need to do extra work on this desk and we need to exclude them from booking for 2 days only. how we can do that2 votes -
Bulk Update/delete employees in WPG (workplace groups) via SFTP
As an admin I want to be able to update employees in a workplace group(s) by uploading them via SFTP so that I can avoid to remove people manually from WPG.
Note: Currently only adding employees into a WPG is supported.

Add hyperlink to print queue for printer pins
We have placed printer pins on our floor plans. We have even labeled the pins with the print queue name. That way if an employee is visiting another office they can see the print queue name and add it, provided they know the name of the print server. We would like to have a field added to either the printer pin so that a hyperlink to the print server and the print queue can easily be clicked on to have the printer added to be able to print a document.

When a floor plan is replaced dots should resize to relative position with new size of floor plan
As an admin I want to upload new floor plans and have dots resize to adjust to the new floor plan size.

Who's in the office - Manager View
A Manager who has a large team, all use hoteling stations, would like to easily see who from their team is in the building that day without having to go to each floor to see who is booked.
Alternatively, it could be a list of all hotel bookings for a building for any calendar day. They could scroll through the list.

Reporting Issues in the Maintenance Section
Is there a way that Facilities can track employee requests by location? Our Company has multiple locations. How do we set it up so that the email/point person is location specific per issue/request? We don’t want to have one person filtering requests for all locations, nor do we want each location receiving issue notifications for each other’s location(s). (i.e., NY shouldn't be notified that someone is too hot in the their office in CA.) Is there anyway to have the tickets in the Maintenance Section separated out by location and separate email distribution lists?

make all names visible to print on shared desks
when there is two or more employees sharing a workspace, make all the names visible to print, as the floor plan is shared with the office staff

We sometimes forget to write down the days we were in office, we should have a way of pulling our own reports so we can have a list of dates we were in the office. COnfirmation emails are great when you book, but if you cancel for any reason, theres no cancellation confirmation or anything.

Show floor map in check-in email
Can you please provide the option to include the floor map with highlighted seat in the check-in reminder email.
When we arrive at work we don't remember what seat is what and clicking through to the website or looking at our phone app seems like an unnecessary step.

It would be cool if a user could get directions from where they are to where they need to go, like from a cubicle to a conference room. The office I am in is huge and it would be helpful to see the best way to get to certain rooms, especially for new employees.

Expanded 'My bookings' view
When viewing your 'My bookings' list, it would be good to be able to see all information on the same screen. Currently, the specific space booked is partially hidden due to column width so when group bookings are assigned, I cannot view what space i am allocated
