Reporting Issues in the Maintenance Section
Is there a way that Facilities can track employee requests by location? Our Company has multiple locations. How do we set it up so that the email/point person is location specific per issue/request? We don’t want to have one person filtering requests for all locations, nor do we want each location receiving issue notifications for each other’s location(s). (i.e., NY shouldn't be notified that someone is too hot in the their office in CA.) Is there anyway to have the tickets in the Maintenance Section separated out by location and separate email distribution lists?
