  1. Is there any way to add maintenance ticketing as a desktop feature for employees? This really makes the laptop version useless for employee’s that are not hoteling, which for us is about 80%! This is extremely disappointing!! I’ve had a couple people ask for the laptop version because they don’t have any space on their phones to add the app.

  3. I would like to be able to change an employees department name manually. Our system uploads everyone's department but sometimes misspells or they change departments which causes problems because they can't find a seat after. It would be useful to be able to change it on the spaceiq system.

    Right now the only ones I can manage and change are the ones I add manually. If this can change it would help alot!

  4. Our office managers would like to be able to run hotel booking reports to help them plan their scheduling by seeing who is in the office each day. Currently they would need the location admin permission to do that, but that allows them to make changes to the floor plan and other things we'd like to keep in the corporate dept. for now. Would be very useful if there were a user id that could just run reports relative only to their offices, specifically hotel desk booking.

  5. When a seat is reserved or scheduled for a move, seat should be blocked out in the "NOW" view so seat cannot be assigned to anyone else.

  6. We'd like to be able to add a hyperlink in a “Company-wide health check” message to make it more aesthetically pleasing, rather than entering the full URL. A hyperlink can redirect users to the specific company rules during the Covad-19 time.

  9. Option- 1: When you click on a desk to book, the past days are grayed out.
    Option- 2 : If you click on the top option to book a desk, the past days are not grayed out.

    Maintain uniformity to avoid confusion.

  10. Drastic change to how conference rooms appear:

    There is the ability to assign conference rooms to a Seat Workplace Group, but no visual queue on the floor plan after assignment. Having each room drawn as a box with a color coding based on Seat Workplace Groups, as is done with desks assigned to Seat Workplace Groups, would be a much better UX.

  11. To avoid Viewer confusion and allow for easier visibility:

    We would really like the ability to have a default View Filter enabled for all Users who get added to our system. We spend a lot of time adding Seat Workplace Groups to floor plans but most employees don't know where to turn on that view filter and giving each one instructions to enable that (or any) view filter is onerous and results in a bad experience = users less likely to engage with the system.

  14. I would like to request a ticket option for 'Desk Requests' so it allows users to request site support for desks (Primary, Hoteling, Private Offices etc) through SiQ. The current ticket fields are very limited and does not provide sufficient fields to allow sufficient info to be captured.

  15. Provide customization to the available fields shown on the Employee record. We plan on identifying employees in four work categories: Virtual, Remote, No Office and OSP (outsourced) which are not related to the existing space Type options (remote or no desk needed) that SiQ includes in the employee record. We would also want to add a sortable column in the report showing this new work category.

  17. Suggestion: Extend session timeout while using SpaceIQ from a web browser.

    Technical challenge: As it has been explained to me, currently: "Our session tokens expire if a user becomes idle in SiQ. If you login and leave SiQ open and don't do anything with it for a time this requires a login again. However if you remain active in SiQ while it is open this should not occur. Our development team stated that you could have SiQ open in a browser for 10 minutes and do nothing with it and it would have the same effect of having to login…

  18. The neighborhood shading only works on seats, not on any other space types assigned they do not get shaded. For those two test meeting room pins, I have assigned them BizDev neighborhood but they are not shaded. The pink shaded is Workplace group and that doesn't extend to the meeting room pins as well. So both neighborhood and workplace groups should be shaded for user experience.

  19. We are creating focus rooms, that will need to be booked, but without the employee having to cancel their current desk reservation if they need to pop into a focus room for 30 minutes to an hour. So, a new usage type would be appreciated. Currently we have to allow unlimited desk bookings to enable this, which is far from ideal.

  20. Allow colour coding of location pins on the global map to allow the viewer to differentiate between space types e.g. co-working location, remote location, HQ office, regional HQ, local office etc. Based on current work requirements this would be a valuable enhancement to see the distribution of a company's workforce and office footprint.
