  1. Past enhancements have not enabled a system administrator or end user to cancel a reservation after the start time has past. If a user realizes that no longer need a meeting room that they reserved, even if the time is over, our reporting will show the room as utilized when it was not. System administrators are locked out of deleting a reservation after the start time has past so we cannot assist someone who contacts us to say they won't be coming in as originally planned.   2. We need a room panel / kiosk outside of a meeting room that is enabled only for that meeting room. Allows someone to view upcoming reservations and availability for that room at a glance, and reserve the room in that moment or for a future time when it is available.

  3. Ability to automatically assign/display markers for selected "space types". Instead of manually adding markers, it would help if a choice was to enable marker display for a space type instead.

  6. Create a buffer period at the end of a Specific Time (Hourly) booking, to allow for packup/cleaning before the desk can be booked by another persion.

    The length of this buffer period should be configurable per site

  8. Have an option to have the system assign a desk to all the team members selected at random or keep it as-is. This would change the e-mail communication going from a list that is hard to follow to a single desk. We are finding that for large groups it is difficult to locate the range of desks that were selected as the e-mail is simply a long list which is not very user friendly. If the employee accepts, that seat remains occupied, if the decline, that seat opens up immediately and if they do not check-in the the check-in setting…

  9. With ENGAGE, enable the employee name display when you zoom in. Right now this feature works for work desks but does not display names for those office reservations. Zooming in should display ALL names, not just work desks.

  10. By configuration, choose if Space Bookings are available in different versions of Engage.

  11. The kiosk currently defaults to enable a guest to book a desk. To assist with actual utilisation at a closed site it would be beneficial if this feature could be turned off so that staff could only select a registered user as the booking originator

  12. If a staff member books into an office that isn't their home office, a notice can be given to reception the day before the guest attending. That way they will be registered to the office for the day in the event of an evacuation, and the reception can have access badges for them and make required arrangements. This would be particularly useful for offices where we do not control the entry. We can alert third party of guest attendance and allow ease of check-in.   14. Similar to the enabling and visibility of First Responders in Engage, it would be excellent if we could set firezones as this would allow employees to understand which zones correspond to which fire assembly points. Please see image which better demonstrates my thinking.

  17. When new locations are added the default is for Reserve Enabled to be checked as yes. It would be great if the reserved enabled would not be checked as most locations are not reservable and instead only check those that are.
