  1. Within the Maps/Wayfinder (reservation) view in Engage, the back button (top left) takes users back to the Concierge menu. In certain views, this doesn't match expectations - users might expect to go back to the floorplan view, and then have to navigate back to where they were.

    This function could be more clear if the icon was replaced with a 'Home' icon, or something similar.

  3. When you reserve or select a desk in Engage it shows on the floorplan by way of a teardrop shaped icon.

    The colour of this icon is the same as an already booked desk.

    Is it possible to modify this icon to a different colour so it is easy to see the particular desk on the floorplan?

  4. The quick reports in Spaces (Floorplan Block and Space Report) are not applicable to anything to do with Engage. We now have the ability to see the Bookable desks in this module (which is great!), but we can't run a PDF report to visualize it or send to another team, etc.

  5. Add option to display Engage maps and UI in Dark Mode (using black for negative space instead of white, saving power by requiring less of the users screen to be lit). Ideally, this should be a configuration option for individual users, but could be a global option set by user admins as well.

  6. As a facility manager who needs to ensure a safe working environment, I need to be able to clean desks after they are used. I'd like this to be automated as much as possible. Possible cases include:

    • Clean conference rooms after they are used for a meeting
    • Clean hoteling desks after they are used by an employee and before being used again by another employee
    • Identify all rooms that were used during the day and clean them all after-hours

    Ways to implement:
    - Report of current meeting reservation and hotel bookings
    - Report of daily meeting reservations and hotel bookings…

  7. Would like waiting lists to be created- allowing a person to register for a work point on a floor/neighbourhood when bookings are at capacity. If a booking is cancelled- creating an automated booking for a person from the waiting list.

  8. Provide a waitlist option for staff to put themselves on for floors that have booked out. Have the system send them an email/notification when a desk becomes available on the floor and date they need a booking.

  10. Hi Team,

    Is it possible to add a customizable legend or fixed legend to the side of the floorplan for the Engage Kiosk App? Engage is an excellent tool for wayfinding, but when used as a kiosk, it might benefit from legends to help users quickly identify information. Here are some ideas I believe could enhance the kiosk experience:

    1. Display occupancy status or sensor status by colors (occupied/vacant).
    2. Show current markers on the floorplan.
    3. A List of current meeting rooms.

  11. Some desks would be reserved for X colleagues only e.g. Wednesdays (permanent desks for them on Weds) and on Mon, Tue, Thu, and Fridays Y colleagues could book these same desks for space optimization. Important is that we would set this for the long term.
    A group of people want to block seats so others cannot book those for Wednesdays.

  13. Make it possible so that markers can be named differently in each location, to allow for both customise use of markers and to cater to regional or cultural diferences in terminology.

    EG.
    Elevators vs Lifts.
    Restrooms vs Washroom vs Toilets

  15. Much like google business polular times to show how busy a floor/neighbourhood is, would Engage map one day have the location memory enabled to show such mapping, from history data to show average polularity and live data mapping. Would be amazing to have it for reporting or users. Workplaces all want to install sensors for this but if you can get it with the app, that would be a huge competitive advantage.

  19. When browsing a third-party website, it's impossible to navigate back or fwd. The only "back" button in the app takes you out to the main Engage menu and, sometimes, the website menu is not enough when you just need to go back a page.

    Adding some basic browser nav buttons (back/fwd, refresh, open in chrome/safari) would be very helpful.

  20. Many of us have our iPhones set to 'Accessibility... Display and Text SIze ... Larger Text' so that we can more easily read our phones. In the app of apps section, the titles become enormous and the formatting becomes confusing. There should be some adjustment so that this view makes more sense.
