  1. Configure the Engage application to receive and manage digital access credentials from HID.

    This would enable employees mobile devices (e.g. smartphone) to gain access to secured doors, gates, lockers, printers, networks, services, etc, in replacement of a traditional physical access pass.

    Would significantly reduce the administration of physical security management, including issuing, temporary and lost passes, termination, and increase enterprise security.

  3. System admins should be able to:
    - Customise the contents of confirmation emails for different sites
    - Customise if confirmation emails are sent for different sites or not
    - Configure if staff can opt in/out of confirmation emails

  4. Expand features included in the engage Person card, so you can see and add other details such as:
    - if they are a manager
    - If they have book on behalf of permission
    - Last booking date
    - Assigned building or floor
    - other fields via a custom field
    - All future bookings

  5. As a system admin, I'd like to configure the app to cancel future bookings if the user doesn't check in X times in a row.

    User should receive a message to advise them of the cancellation
    Amount of days without a check in should be configurable

  6. As an Administrator, I'd like a quick way to collect feedback/survey from a number of employees based on their attributes (location, orgunit, etc).

    This might be a built-in function to Engage, or a quick way for engage to be the entry point for using a 3rd party tool to collect the info.

  7. A new secured action to restrict to:
    - cancel bookings
    - Edit desk booking rules
    - not also allowed to edit spaces

  8. The closest First Responders/ECO/First Aid Officer member (to the person running a search) is listed first in the search list. This would make it easier for people to contact an ECO member quickly, who is closest to an incident.

  9. In the equipment section of 'Reservation Assist', all unique equipment/attributes show when these may not be applicable for the Users of Engage.

    There should be a configuration option that allows you to select which attributes you wish to display in the Reservation Assist.

  10. When looking up first responders on a floor, instead of having to scroll through each responder to identify their location, it would be excellent if icons were loaded when enabling a responder type on the floor plan. This would save time trying to find who is the closest person to an incident and provides those who are responsible an easy visual to see potential areas where responder coverage is needed.

  11. Currently when you select a booked desk, it will display the same colour as an available desk which can cause confusion to users as it appears available.

    E.g. All available desks are configured to be green. When you select a reserved desk (blue) it will change to green. This should remain blue or be another colour, not the same colour as available.

  12. As a user of Engage, I want to show my colleges that I'm:
    - on leave
    - working from home

    ...so they know not to try to find me in the office.

    Background
    It's great to know where someone sits, but just as importantly, to know when they are not there. It would be great to have a place in Engage where this could be set.

    Especially post COVID-19 where more people are likely to be working from home than what it typical.

  14. Can Engage includes legend for markers? As the number of markers increases, it may confuse end users when viewing them on the Engage floorplan. If a legend exists, it will help mobile and kiosk users to identify the markers on the floorplan.

    Another suggestion is that, since all markers currently have the same rounded shape, the system should allow for marker color customization, or make certain key markers can be identified easier, such as making fire extinguishers red and restrooms blue, etc.

  15. When you zoom into a floorplan, the name of each space should be visible like workpoint numbers, with each space's visibility to be set via a configuration. All visible spaces should be searchable via the spaces tab.

    This will allow admins to choose which spaces are visible, to help with wayfinding to collaboration, meeting and other points of interest.

  16. Can we sort Locator by country instead of state? Or have the option to sort in various ways? Currently it is done by state/province and having a global platform this is not as user friendly.

  17. Currently Engage is used for reservation. It would be nice if it could be used for wayfinding as well. As I understand it, Locator could be going away. Would be nice to use Engage to search for a conference room or a person. Perhaps have the option of Administrators turning on/off functions of Engage based on the client's needs.

  18. Administrators should be able to book beyond the future booking limit that has been set up, for example for an upcoming event, without having to expand the range for all users.

  19. Provide for custom or additional First Responder/Person of Interest categories, beyond the hard coded First Aid Officer and Fire Warden.

    This allows admins to define the titles of roles they wish to see within Engage, beyond the current workaround where some different roles have to be assigned to a category where the title doesn't align.

  20. As an Engage end-user,
    When I create another reservation that overlaps an existing reservation, I would like a prompt to ask me if I'd like to cancel/check out of the current desk. If I select "Yes," the existing booking should be cancelled by the system (instead of the user having to navigate to My Bookings), and replaced by the new reservation.
