Have a full-day display for room bookings so we do not have to go into the room to see when it is available.

When an employee is flipping between floors and the building name is in the "N" or "M", there is a lot of scrolling needed to go back and find the building to select a new floor. This is an inconvenience when managing large portfolios.
Suggestion... When you select the building, the system should be able to take you back to the active building without having to scroll thru the entire list. This would allow the
One of our biggest complaints is that our previous system was easier to flip between floors and sites than Engage.

Our employees use Engage as the primary floor plan reference globally and where enabled, also use it for reserving a hot desk.
For those sites where no hot desking is available, when you click on the site in Engage, you get the message 'No Reservable Desks or Spaces' which is not ideal from a user experience. Can SpaceIQ look to provide an option where this is can be disabled for specific sites. -

This is REALLY frustrating for our users. Please upvote! I'm directing more and more people to the web browser version of Engage because of this issue.

I agreed with all the comments here. Would add that it would be helpful if someone could 'swipe' to delete from the My Bookings screen. Additionally the fact that someone cannot edit a reservation makes the delete process even more critical. If someone could open an existing reservation and change the start or end time, as an example (and assuming the space was available), that would be incredibly helpful.

Some buildings only have one floor. From find & book, when navigating to building floors > if building only has one floor, it would be a smoother user experience if, when the building is selected it auto opens that floor.

When viewing the availability of a selected meeting Room it is not clear of the exact times the room is or is not available. It is hard to line up the dark blue and green bars to an exact time and duration. Need a better way to display the free/busy times for meeting rooms.

When searching for a space (people, desk or room) using the date and time feature. If the browser is zoomed (for people with vision impairment), the select button appears of the bottom of the visible screen. This cannot be scrolled to. A scroll feature (like that already in place for searching in the bottom left corner in Engage) would be very beneficial and follow inclusive principles.

Enhance visuals by changing the colour of the delete/trash/bin icon colour. Maybe a red or yellow highlighted colour

Allow users to access the site address. Recent enhancement to take user to Google Maps is great, but does not provide an address. This is necessary for users taking a cab, uber, etc. to the site.

This is also an issue with our client, government, who have classified spaces that can't be visible to others.

Currently with multiple buildings set up across our University, staff located in one building are still able to see all buildings set up in Serraview causing some confusion (even though they cannot book outside of their home building).
Would be great to see Engage only show buildings staff can book in and not all buildings across our portfolio.Makes it easier when we start to add on multiple campuses and buildings across different suburbs.

It would assist usability, and in restricting who can view floors, if buildings and floors were hidden to users that didn't have any applicable spaces on those buildings/floors that match their booking access requirements.

We are comparing the web version and the Mobile app for Serraview Engage and have found that the filter icon used if different in both the versions. will you please check and advise if this can be changed so that the same image comes up on both versions of the app.
Attached image shows the differences highlighted -

The Reservation Assist icon should be labelled (like it was previously) as the icon alone is not intuitive

Need for scroll bar on "My Reservations" page in the Web Environment, to see reservations in the future (days, weeks). Scroll bar can help users navigate with precison to a specific date or reservation. This can be helpful for users with many reservations for themselves, or on behalf of co-workers

Currently when you want to book a room for another day, you need to navigate to the timeline to change the date and then re-select the desk.
It would be good to be able to make bookings on the room booking time bar directly, without having to use the 'timeline/showing' button.

The time bar for booking rooms can be confusing as it is not clear when the hour begins. See image attached

The trash can icon is too small & does not clearly indicate it is for deleting a reservation. Can it change to a button that says "DELETE RESERVATION"
