The Reservation Assist icon should be labelled (like it was previously) as the icon alone is not intuitive

The ability to colour code/shade a specified zone or area on the floormap that is viewed by the general (non Admin) users to define it's purpose or usage. For example if you have a neighbourhood or zone that is purely a 'Quiet' zone it would be a good user experience if such zones were depicted on the floormap

a) Could we make the Pinpoint that shows the Workstation you have booked (or are about to book) in a different colour such as Red, Amber or yellow.
and/or
b) Can we make the green circle for the selected workstation a difference colour whilst the pinpoint is on it i.e. when you are searching for a desk

Could the Goggle Map pin-point at the Reservation Assist panel be relocated as it's purpose and location is causing confusion as operators are using it to perform searches, change floors or locate a desk on the floorplan. However we would still like to have the default floor number displayed.

When booking a desk on behalf of somebody else both the email they receive and their Manage bookings panel should reflect who made the booking for them. The same should should apply if the booking is cancelled by the delegate. Currently the booking recipient has no idea who made the booking for them

The search results for a First Responder (e.g. First Aid Officer, Fire Warden etc) should not be limited to only showing people on the default floor. All First Responders within the building (based on your filtered type) should be shown with those on the default floor displayed at the top of the list.

When viewing the availability of a selected meeting Room it is not clear of the exact times the room is or is not available. It is hard to line up the dark blue and green bars to an exact time and duration. Need a better way to display the free/busy times for meeting rooms.
