With SVL2 integration into Engage, it would be great if there was some system intelligence/automation with this feature.
Like If person shows on site and docks at a desk, the desk is not booked and the person has no booking, if the engage system could then automatically book a desk for a person. -

in Serraview 2.6 there was a forecasting module that wasn't easy to use, and didn't solve the issue of potentially over stacking areas and breaching ratio commitment.
A way for space planners and property managers, to be able to store potential or approved, future incoming people and their proposed location, to account for that growth within the serraview platform. To ensure adequate space can be provided, and avoid over committing or over stacking workplaces in line with business and union agreements.
The workaround now is to use spreadsheets and sharepoint, which is manual and requires much upkeep, cross referencing and document management. An error occurred while saving the comment Alayne.Cunningham@spaceiq.com commented
Scenario planning are very manual, sometimes it doesn't need the business acumen or the knowledge of people and teams element. If there was a way space planning could show us the best stack plan at a click of a button it would save many human hours. If it could calculate to maximise space, restack business units/org centres together, and people count evenly distributed. trying to create/re-stack floors to bring business units together, and ensure the right head count is allocated, doesn't need to be as manual as it is right now.

Some buildings only have one floor. From find & book, when navigating to building floors > if building only has one floor, it would be a smoother user experience if, when the building is selected it auto opens that floor.

Enhance visuals by changing the colour of the delete/trash/bin icon colour. Maybe a red or yellow highlighted colour

Currently booking report 345 will show the booked for as “team booking”, and not a persons name, so if there’s an internal requirement to report on who had a desk booked, difficult to do. Enhancement to reporting element, to report on attendee - if a person did not accept and select a desk, keep cell as Team booking. if a person accepts and selects the desk, cell to show persons name.

Re-opening this enhancement request as there is additional value beyond the current solution.

Ability to decide what d4esk attributes re visible by end user or not would be helpful. Property likes to use attributes for items other than visibility for end user (desk brcket types, above desk light types, desk doc/monitor type) the ability to manage viewability of attribute would go a long way to helping property mange space without impacting end-user.

The ability to create scenario plans for neighborhood /floors moving from fixed/flexi, is limited to teams. Would like ability to sandbox test the effort and impact of changing desks from fixed/flexi.

The current filter by attribute, doesn't cover abilitiyfor users to open their local floofplan, see an available desk, click select a desk to view attribute. This would be a useful feature for users searching for specific attributes on available desks in their local area.

With SVL2 integration into Engage, it would be great if in the people information tab, when looking at a list of names like favourites or suggested, or when searching for a name, if there's was an indicator of present/away/not present on the initial of persons name. Just to enhance the quick view user experience.
Also perhaps a list of names in order of presence, like locator tool.
