In our system, we would like to allow Parking spaces to be utilized with the Engage app for reserving them. BUT, currently the Serraview/Engage system doesn't allow reservations for spaces that are part of the 'CORE' space types. This restriction should be removed and allow the client to determine which spaces they want to allow to be reserved, regardless of their space type classifications.

I'll add my agreement here. Specifically related to the parking reservation need. We have a space type for parking spaces, but because Serraview/Engage currently only allows reservations for space types in the 'Office' Category, it won't allow us to open our parking spaces to the Engage reservation tool. And we don't want to move the parking spaces into the 'Office' category because that would then count the SF of those spaces as usable space, rather than it being excluded from usable space.

When searching for people in Locator or Engage, having the ability to view their locker number would be helpful. I noticed this is available in Workplace when the space managed is a Hood, which is helpful also would be good to show the locker number to have the locker number for staff not in a Hood.

We're keen for Asset booking - whether that be a day locker, a tech asset etc. We'd need the ability to manage assets like lockers/special tech at a location level as we may not have day lockers/special tech available at all sites.

When booking a desk, you could be prompted to book a locker of the same name in the same location (floor) or just choose a locker generally.

This could extend to all assets stored in Serraview e.g. Car parking. This will enable Workplace/property teams to deliver an integrated workplace experience where you have one app to manage your desk bookings, room books, search for colleagues or spaces, book Lockers and Parking.

User would like to be able to book resources like parking and storage within the Engage application.

IAG have 8500WPS - WIll be a part of the Engage Beta and use an external Parking management system for car parks - they would like integration to that as one of the app integrations. High Priority thanks to Covid-19 and limiting staff coming into the office.

As a user, I'd like Engage to know that my vehicle won't fit in a compact space so if that's all that's available, I need to go to a different parking lot.

As an Engage Customer I'd like to be able to enable my employees to book and check-into car parks so that I can get better control of supply vs demand.
