Assets (Parking, Lockers & Storage Module) integration
A booking feature within the Engage app to utilise the Serraview assets module for Parking, Lockers or Storage.
Lockers/Storage:
Allow employees the option to book a day locker (or opt out of a locker) when also booking a desk. Ideally this feature would notify employees of their desk and locker for the day via email, and would also allow us to report on the occupied lockers on a given day. This would assist with day locker management and end of day cleaning processes.Parking:

Engage Workspace Manager / Receptionist Role
Create a role for specific people, who only have access to Engage, to allow them to manage bookings for a team (Cost code) or location (Floors), acting as a workplace manager or "receptionist". These people would have access to move, cancel, search to find people, and create unlimited bookings on behalf of others for sites.

System administrators are able to create their own security roles within the 'User Security' module of Serraview. Instructions can be found on the Help Centre here.
Security roles related to managing bookings on behalf of others and teams, include the following:-
- Reservations - Book on behalf of another person (individual)
- Reservations - Book for my team (group)
- Reservations - Book for any team (group)
- Reservations - See opt out of search users (in case users have opted out so the person can book on their behalf).
- Reservations - Bypass booking rules
- Reservations - Bypass concurrency limit

Book on Behalf of space/desk visibility
When using the "Book for" feature in Engage, the spaces that show as being bookable are based on the person making the booking, not the person being booked for.
I would think that if making a booking for another person, the desk/spaces that should be visible to be booked should be based on that "Book for" selected person.
Specific example: The attached image from Engage shows a floor plan with 6 desks bookable (blue dots). These desks are "Everyone" bookable. The person shown in the "Book for" field is a member of a team that is assigned to the neighborhood…

Thank you for your idea.
It seems you have actually identified a bug in the system which I have transferred to our support team for investigation and resolution.
You will shortly receive a ticket from our support desk to keep you updated on the resolution of the issue and I will close this idea as it is not required.

people search does not work
"Find People" search only works if you already have the correct building selected. If the person is in a different building, search does not pull up the correct building for you.

Air-con Zone
We have Air-Condition Zoning Plan for each office floor for staff request air-con service extension outside normal service hours. However, it is not supported zone divide in Locator / Engage. It is useful for fill up the application form. For the Zoning display, it could be show by overlay the area with color / periphery of the zone.

Enable search by group in the Locator platform
User may want to find the location of the group to search they can approach anyone of the group. Please enable to the Locator Platform by criteria setting.
e.g.: by region or by pull down menu

Real-time update in bookings view
When a user clicks "check-in" button, other than a momentarily screen blink, the "check-in" button does not change. It is only after the user exits the check-in screen, does a refresh and re-enters the "check-in" button is grayed out or change to "check-out". Modern tools should have real time changes or at least some message that shows that the "check-in" was successful.
