Serraview Insights offers a number of reports and dashboards which provide details on booking activity from Engage booking data and other activity sources. This includes floorplan views of booked desks, reports on check in activity, validating badge and engage data and a range of other reports.

    Insights' "Booking History Details by Space" dashboard provides a step towards full utilization analysis. It produces a detailed list of bookings per space within a selected location (e.g., building) and date range. In the future we hope to add some summary metrics sourced from these low-level details.
