Submit Support/Feedback about a Space
As an employee, I'd like a quick way to submit feedback about a space.
Example:
- something is broken
- too hot/too cold
- I need help with something

A button/link on the check-in page to report an issue with the desk you have booked which then raises a helpdesk ticket to report the issue (to get it fixed) AND automatically blocks that desk out of action (for a configurable amount of time) and takes the user to Engage to book another desk.

Once you have opened a floor plan, having access to a support button to link users to property or IT Helpdesk or back to a concierge tile

Melbourne University would like to join the preview program and said this enhancement is a hot topic for them to allow students and Staff to quickly respond / provide feedback about a space / desk

As an Engage user, I'd like to use Engage to create service requests, which would then be managed within Serraview. Service requests can include catering, meeting resources, maintenance issues, hot/cold calls, and any other facility services that the FM department offers its employees.

As a user, I don't care how many different back ends my organization may have to log, track, and resolve problems. I just want to be able to log a problem and have Engage sort out which back end it gets routed to.
