Surveys/Feedback
As an Administrator, I'd like a quick way to collect feedback/survey from a number of employees based on their attributes (location, orgunit, etc).
This might be a built-in function to Engage, or a quick way for engage to be the entry point for using a 3rd party tool to collect the info.

We would like to automatically send out surveys to users after their reservation has completed. Ideally, we could send out different surveys based on the space type (or even just a Space versus a Desk), or if the user is a New Arrival.

Currently, all Survey questions are asked to any user who selects the feature. However, in many cases there are questions that are only really relevant for one location or another. It would be great to be able to configure our surveys to show different questions based on which building the user is assigned to.

The customizable micro-survey questions in Engage are useful but there is a character limitation on the actual questions which makes it challenging. This is the functionality where the answers are stored on each users' Profile and the questions have to be set up as Custom Fields. The limit is 60 characters so the questions get cut off. i.e. " When the buildings officially reopen, how many days per wee "
The # of characters should be extended or find a new location to store the questions. -

Surveys should also be reactive to events. For example, sending a survey each time a user has completed a reservation and completed their appointment for a space at a particular building/floor.

Engage allows users with the proper permissions to create and send surveys for users to complete. Survey creators should be able to schedule the activation of a survey within the system (IE. I have a move on Friday, I want the Survey to go out Monday once everyone is settled in).

As an administrator, I'd like to know how happy people are with Engage, how much they're using it, and what they're doing with it.
