This has been completed for desk bookings. I will create a separate request for rooms to allow users to vote.

As a space planner, I want to be notified if a host fails to check into a recurring meeting - and I want to be able to cancel future iterations of that meeting easily (while notifying the host and attendees).
Zombie meetings cost a lot of money.
