The integration of Serraview Live 2 into Engage is now available. Please refer to the Serraview Help Site for more details:
Please note that current customers with Serraview Live 1 will need to complete the upgrade to SVL2 to access this integration. Please contact Serraview support or your Customer Success Manager for more details.

Requested Feature: auto book if someone connects at a desk that is not booked

Requested Feature: If a user connects at a desk already booked to antoher user, they are notified

Requested Feature: Prompt to user if they are not active at a desk for a period of time to confirm if desk has been vacated

Requested Features: Search for a user and show realtime location even if in a meeting room, tea point etc...
