  2. Descriptions and screenshots exist for built-in reports in help.serraview.com. Additional details would prove very helpful such as including the formulas for calculations and an explanation of each column header.

    How is Utilization calculated? Define "Unknown" and "Visitor" under Entrants.

  3. Provide a simple visualisation of a floorplan that highlights via a colour desks that are wired up but have not had any SVLive activity within the report period.

    This will be useful for easily identifying desks without activity, especially on large floorplans. The report can then be scheduled to send on a regular basis to local teams who can review any issues with wire up.

  4. The arrows to navigate in service requests to "previous" and "next" would make searching easier considering the location is not visible on the grid and the service requests needs to be open in order to see what location were submitted for and assign responsible person.

  5. Certain locations have different requirements. I want to create custom email templates based on the move locations submitted. This will ensure the appropriate details are shared for the relevant location.

  6. Enable hoods to be able to be moved between floors and buildings

    We are using the hood function extensively but it is a real pain not to be able to move hoods around when we are doing our planning.

  7. We need to be able to assign Spaces end user roles limited to 1-2 buildings. The end users need to be able to have the functionality in Space (which is very limited in Workplace Portal). The system administrator needs to be able to assign this access to limited buildings (similar to the function available in Workplace Admin).

  8. Booking systems allow the booking of merged meeting rooms, which can result in one meeting room being bookable as two or more rooms. When mapping spaces from Serraview against resources (spaces) in booking systems, we need to identify overlapping spaces and group them together under a unique space ID.

    For example, two meeting rooms, each with 5 seats, can be booked separately as Room A and Room B. However, when merged, they can be booked as Room C with 10 seats.

  9. Add an option to view seats with a RETENTION STATUS to Spaces->View Only -> Change Space Types View to UNOCCUPIED view.
    Currently you can check Occupied or Unoccupied. The intent is to ensure data is visible so viewers don't assume all vacant desks are available.

  11. As an administrator, I would like to be able to return to the page I was working on after editing a field.

    For example, if I make an update to a locker or storage space which is located on a page other than page one, Serraview automatically returns me to page one after the update has been submitted. If I am able to be returned to the page I was working on, it would make it easier to move on to the next asset that may require updating, rather than having to find the next asset starting from page one…

  12. The Paint Occupant tool is currently only available in VBS and not the Scenario Plan where it should belong since it has the ability to create drastic teaming changes. With it only being in VBS and not having an 'Undo' button anymore, it puts the integrity of the teaming at risk.

    It would be highly beneficial to have this feature in Scenario Plan so all major teaming changes can be addressed here instead of on the live data in VBS.

  13. This should be a Secured Action to access UserVoice/Request a Feature or Community or Support through the Help Menu.

    In addition, perhaps the Support link could be customizable to lead the User to the appropriate place.

  14. You can't filter lockers in the 3.0 tool based on whether they're assigned unlike in 2.66. You can report on those lockers and apply the filter in excel to see the data you need- but it is not user friendly to run a report rather than being able to filter in the locker screen.

  15. In V2, we had the ability to view the Floor and Buildings details through the VBS (clicking on floor number on stack) and Space Viewer (clicking 'i').

    This feature has been lost, and the only way to view Building and Floor details is through Assets > Buildings > Floors.

    I particularly view these details for my 'Space and Costs' details as I frequently need to review Area and Workpoint counts.

  16. Ability to import data to a Scenario Planner project via an import. Would like to use a Workpoint Import or Occupancy Import to quickly update space in a scenario plan in bulk. This may be used to update employee locations, tags, etc. that exist in excel in order to show an end state.

  17. New users receive a Welcome to Serraview email.
    This email says "Click to confirm and create a Serraview account".
    From there, Normal users are directed to the login screen. It is not clear that they then have to click Reset Password in order to access their account.
    If this wording can be updated or the email template allowed to be edited, it would help clear things up.

  18. Allow the user or organization to set the default view in the Spaces module. The scheduled update for the week of Sept. 6th will make it such that, by default, the spaces on a floorplan will load rolled up to Level 1 of the Space Hierarchy. I would like the ability to retain the option to load the spaces at their lowest level, the way the currently are.

  19. Would request a report that you can print out showing the labels as shown, such as room number and space type. Current reports do not return this data, it's only color coded with a left hand aligned key.

    This will make my job so much faster.
