Additional Report Detail Needed in help.serraview.com
Descriptions and screenshots exist for built-in reports in help.serraview.com. Additional details would prove very helpful such as including the formulas for calculations and an explanation of each column header.

How is Utilization calculated? Define "Unknown" and "Visitor" under Entrants.

YES!!! Calculations and explanations would be fantastic! I had the exact question with relation to Unknown and Visitors.
