Add secured action for some of the options under the Help menu
This should be a Secured Action to access UserVoice/Request a Feature or Community or Support through the Help Menu.
In addition, perhaps the Support link could be customizable to lead the User to the appropriate place.

Having the Announcement and Product Support menus behind a secured action would be ideal as we don't want our end users to start contacting SV direct (although being able to change the support link is a great fix), and we also wouldn't want the end user looking for features that we have chosen not to implement in our instance or that we are in the process of configuring and building our processes for.
