VBS search to add members improvement
When searching for an existing member of a team in VBS in the "Add" section to add a new member to the team, Serraview shows a message "No results found" instead it should mention that the user is already in the team to not create confusion.

Make allocated workpoints assigned to invidividuals also bookable
My client would like the option to assign/allocate workpoints and also enable them for booking. Currently, this is not an option. Workpoints need to be "open" to be enabled for booking.

Recent imports comment field to be populated by file upload comment
When uploading manual files (e.g. manually Person import) there is an option to insert a comment, but it is not displayed in the Recent Imports overview.
The reason behind this is the manual upload user is shown as "Data user" even though it was uploaded by a specific user and not automatically. To see the comment who uploaded it would be a faster identifier of the file being uploaded manually.2 votes -
Inactivity Logout Warning
It would be helpful if there was a popup window that said "You are about to be signed out due to inactivity, would you like to stay logged in for (the time out setting) another 30 minutes?" Also, if you could make the browser tab or minimized browser flash to get the users attention. Then after a few minutes if the users doesn't do anything, the popup would change to say: "You have been logged out due to inactivity, please click ok to refresh your browser". It would be great is Serraview would use xdata in the autocad files to link polylines, space names and space types to an internal space id. This way when you change a space name or space type in autocad and re-import it, it wouldn't need to completely delete the space record and re-create it. This deletion and re-creation removes all allocations and people assignments along with any other settings that are not default to the space type. This is a very limiting way to manage the drawing data that does cause issues with data lose when you don't effectively work…

The ability to add or remove text labels for space attributes to the exported autocad dwg files in the Buildings & Floors form. I am sure everyone has a need to see things like Department #, Occupant Names, or Room Names in autocad. When creating autocad drawings for move coordination or furniture reconfiguration, having the most up to date text in your drawing is a must. Currently there is only the space type and Space names. Maybe this could be an "Ad Hoc" setting within the Buildings & Floors form

Color of floorplan & legend consistency needed
When looking at the colors of the floorplan vs the legend, they are NOT the same color. Nor are either of them the actual assigned color of the space type.
There appears to be an Opacity or Transparency value used when displaying the floorplan and legend. Again, the floorplan and legend color values are different, so they are NOT using the same transparency value from the original color.
I would like to suggest that if Serraview is going to NOT use the provided color for the space types, then to at least use the same transparency value for both of…

Legends in Reports 22 and 222
The legends in 22 and 222 are confusing.
Unallocated spaces in the legends and table are shown as spaces with a blue background. However, unallocated desks are have a white background with a blue dot, and unallocated spaces/rooms are white polygons with a blue outline.
The legends and table summaries should more clearly show how unallocated spaces are displayed on the floorplan map.2 votes -

As an Insights and Insights Editor user,
I would like all out-of-the-box fields for Buildings to be captured in Insights
so that I can report on full data and create custom dashboards.

Assets information from spaces search bar
It would be really helpful if you could see assets (lockers/storage/parking) assigned to a person when searching for their name in the spaces module.
This was available in an older version of Serraview, and would show locker information in the red box (picture attached) right next to their name.Thank you!

change column width
The limited width of the Selector bar in Reporting means that the names of the space types are shortened. It would be useful to be able to change the width of the bar.
As well as hide the dashboard in VBS & Spaces, to allow for a larger screen view of the plan.

Snapshot Reporting is not including Buildings that have since been removed
I've been running Report 232, Capacity & Opportunity, and trying to extract occupancy information to look at trends during COVID so I'm using Snapshots (which we automatically created every 2 weeks). These reports, as I'm sure affects others, wont report on Buildings that existed at the time, eg. the former TGA site, but will only report on Buildings that exist now.
I can see that I can no longer select the old TGA site when selecting Region/Building/Floor as it no longer is available in the list, but if I select ACT or Australia then it would be nice to be…2 votes -
Include Snapshot date in Reports
It would be nice to include a Snapshot date in any of the Reports which support selecting these previous timeframes. Currently if I run multiple Reports, each using a different date from a Snapshot, all the reports have the same header which shows the date it was run. There's no way of knowing what Snapshot was used.
Eg. Rather than simply showing "Report Run March 08, 2023" it should show "Report Run March 08, 2023 using Snapshot from January1, 2022".2 votes
