  1. The new Define locations screen has great Feature allowing the user to select additional field to display. The current view locations fields does not have the same look/feel /function.

    The new define locations screen should have a read only version (just remove the update function).

    this enable us to have consistent training and use of the functions across the organisation

  2. Move procedure type from PM to PMS to allow Location or Equipment PM to be the same PM instead of having to create two

    example

    Replace air filters for this building
    Replace Air Filters for theses Air Handling Units
    to be location or

    Having Est Labour cost, Est Material Cost and est Labour effort will greatly improve estimation comparisons an resourcing costs

  3. Define equipment select available fields section on the filtering pane should be expanded to include additional fields. as a minimum include all of the descriptions for all of the current codes available. Many users rely on descriptions only.

  4. Equipment Systems should include the ability to roll up the costs and wr counts of the sub components in the system , to be able to report a true (full) cost of maintaining a system

  5. The current "PauseEscalationsforOnHoldWork" application parameter is pausing the escalations by “stopping the SLA clock” when set to '1'. This is useful for different client requirements, but some clients have different scenarios within the same environment so the global setting will not work e.g. an emergency cannot, but a routine task can be paused. We, therefore, recommend that this setting be managed on SLA level if possible. This will provide additional system flexibility.

In the corrective maintenence module, when a work request is created and the craftperson has to estimate the parts he will use, the system allows a supervisor to approve the parts estimation as long as the requests status is "assined to work order", if the request status changes to "Issued and in Process", then one cannot estimate parts, nor approve the estimation by a supervisor. The only action allowed is to add used parts by the craftperson. So, as a supervisor, it's hard to control and approve the material or parts needed according to their criteria. Now, what we think…

  7. As it stands, I have to sit at my house the whole time-frame in which a maintenance is expected to come, which is from 9AM to 9PM, without knowing whether anyone is coming, has come by and I've missed them, or even intends to come by today. The result is that I end having an unnecessarily wasted day.

    The fix would be simple enough. Simply have a notification system, could even just be an email, in which the requester can see if anyone is taking steps to arrive on that particular day, if they have drooped by and no one…

  8. In the maintenance console you have to option to add additional work request fields to the standard console view. We feel this is a essential function for our work planners to see a bit more info of each request without have to open the request itself. But everyone one needs to add these and not everybody remembers or adds the ones we recommend, and we have to re add them each browser session we open.

    Could there not be an app. parameter (or thing of the like) where we can set the fields we want to appear for each user…

Right now the only way that a "Guest" that has Arhibus access to be able to submit in a follow up inquiry is by our office creating an independent email account that they can submit in a question to - such as status of my work request. Our guests have to go through a secure sign on in order to be able to access the Archibus work request platform.
    With the integration of Microsoft Teams in our Hospital, would there be a functionality to create an instant chat function for our service desk to respond to instant message requests?

  10. When reporting a problem, we struggle with assigning work requests to our locations that are structures (ie water towers, elevated tanks). It would be ideal to be able to submit a work request at the property level, as much of our service work is completed outside of our buildings at our structures.

  11. We use the Building Operations Console throughout our facility on majority of repairs and requests. Is there a way that after a year from the original request, the requestor would receive a notification to either resubmit this request or cancel this request. This would allow for some of these older requests to be put back on the top of the WRs list and potentially not get lost in the system, and also allow the requestor to determine that maybe this request was not truly needed, especially after a year has passed.

  12. In our business we can very often have multiple Craftperson or multiple visits by the same Craftperson on a single work request. In the Craftperson section of the work request these are listed alphabetically by the Craftperson id.

    It would make much more sense and make the 'narrative, of the work carried out much easier if the entries could be sorted by the date/time when the work was carried out.

  13. At the inspection, by selecting a room, the work requests of the equipment in that room are searched, and when the all work requests in the rooms are completed, the color of the room changes according on floor plan. Most of the case, inspection work requests should be done room by room so it is easier for workers to check which room has been done.

  14. Maintenance Console
    The ability to unassign and reassign a craftsperson when Work Requests (WR) are in ‘Issued and in Process’ status.

    Context
    For efficiency, the organisation uses the bulk functions to move work requests from ‘Assign to work order’ to ‘Issued in process’. It is very effective in the PM space, where selective craftspersons do preventive maintenance checks/work. However, once it is assigned no means to manage assignments in bulk.

    Use cases:
    1) When a craftsperson leaves the organisation, changes roles, or moves somewhere else, there is no means to reassign issued WR to another person in bulk. The substitute…

  15. The field has an invisible cursor which causes the end user much confusion. It is the only field on the console work request details tab that behaves in this manner.

  16. Whenever a user opens the "Maintenance Survey Report", the system automatically sorts the content based on the "Checklist" column by default.

    Issue:
    Due to this default sorting behavior, multiple checklists within a single Work Request appear disorganized and out of order, making it difficult to follow a logical sequence. However, the order of questions within each checklist remains intact.

    Required Fix:
    To ensure that both the checklists and their respective questions are displayed in a structured manner, we need the following functionality implemented on this screen:

  17. Currently, if an administrator or supervisor wants to view more details about a work request's history, the log time is displayed in the building's local time, not the user's time. There are no Notes or Notices to display what the time zone is. This can be quite confusing as the time zone information is not on the same page.

  19. Notification should be sent to the worker/craftperson when the responsible person validates the checklist answer with a "No"?

    This will allow worker to keep the track of any faults / errors reported while inspection

  20. In the PM Planner, it would be good to have a summary of the filter applied to the view in the top grey banned so it is clear to the user what they're looking at (same as in the Asset Lifecycle Console).
    It would be very useful when using the [More] button to enter more criteria for the filter.
